    Dear Parent,
    We’re glad to inform you that school will celebrate its Sports Day for the academic
    year 2018-19 in a grand manner. Various cultural events will be show-cased by our students.
    We request you to extend your kind co-operation and encourage your ward to participate.
    Kindly make note of the following points in this regard.
    1. Date - 24.11.18
    2. Amount for participation - Rs. 1300/-
    Includes - Costume (hired/purchased)
    - Accessories
    - Props
    - Make-up
    - DVD
    3. Costume purchased/stitched (tailor-made) will be given to the child after the
    programme. Hired costume will be taken back.
    4. Please send a consent note for participation in your ward’s almanac on or before
    24.10.18.
    5. Last date for payment - 27.10.18.
    6. You are requested to pay in the school office and collect receipt without fail.
