2017-18
It is my great honour, pleasure and privilege to be amongst you on this eve of annual fiesta 2018.

It is Rathaiah, the principal of Sri Chaitanya Techno School.

With immense gladness, I am going to present the annual report of our exultant school to apprise you
all.

The Sri Chaitanya witnessed in the ten-fold increase in the number of school for the past 8 years.
Specifically Sri Chaitanya Techno School Khammam beginning with mere 120 students has grown to 800.

Sri chaitnya Techno school has grown by leaps and bounds in the terms of academics and co
curricular activities such as sports and English enhancement programmes since the establishment of Sri
Chaitanya Techno school it garnered the support and the won the trust from the thousands of its parents and
well-wishers by providing students with multiple academic pathways and curricular to best suit interests and
strength.

Sri Chaitanya stands apart from other organizations in equipping students strongly through
intellectual rigour, resourcefulness and commitment to make important contribution to the society.

1. ACADEMICS:
Coming to academics, Sri Chaitanya has been making great strides in producing numerous ranks in
various examinations like KAT, INTSO as well as NTSO.

With a view to give wings to innovative minds and to fly with brimming confidence, Sri Chaitanya
has designed path breaking and innovative programmes like Techno and C-Batch for the budding IIT
aspirants.

These programmes designed by the expert resource team with years of experience. Sri Chaitanya
implements periodical tests like State Level Objective Test,
Test, By-weekly tests and Cumulative Objective
Tests.
Tests.

These meticulous devised tests are adopted and implemented to ensure decent ranks in various
competitive examinations. For instance, here I would like to name a few

 12 IPL promotions

We are so delighted to annunciate that one of our students, Thanvitha from 3rd standard stood All
India 1st rank in KAT and she has been presented with a tab.

We are proud to say that our students set a new record by bagging 7 prizes in the prestigious NASA
space settlement contest. It is the only school from Khammam who achieved such a feat.
 Most importantly, two students master G.V.N. Teja and master Shivani got 10 GPA for the
academic year 2016-17 out of 70 students.

And here we promise that this academic year we are going to produce five 10 GPA out of 81
students.

2. ENGLISH-CLUB:
In the Era of globalization, communication skills play a dominant role in landing a decent job. In order to
bridge the gap between qualification and skill set Sri Chaitanya prepares the students to unleash the innate
ability by providing English club activities.

3. SMART-LIVING PROGRAMME:
The programme is aimed at imparting the much needed life skills and human values to the students of
our school.

It is well known that one very important theme is taken up every month and the students are given ample
opportunity to learn and put into practice human values and their by learning how to live in this world of
complicated social relations and enabling them to live in this world with a high respect and social awareness.

In this SLP our students took part in the Rallies with holding placards they protested against usage of
plastic,
plastic, cutting of trees and created awareness among the Khammam residents about the planting of saplings
to promote clean and green Khammam.

A. EMPOWER INDIA

Our students met Sri Pongulati Srinivas Reddy the MP Khammam in a precession and pleaded him
to take necessary steps for empowering India.

B. NATURE CONSERVATION

On the day of Vinayaka Chaturthi our student prepared clay idols and distributed at a free of cost to
passersby and urged the people to celebrate the festival in an eco friendly way.

C. SAVE MONEY

To impart the values of saving money we organized one day interaction programme with an eminent
personality Mr. Venkateswarlu the Manager of SBI. He offered many suggestions on financial literacy.

D. FAMILY BLISS

Within intention to imbibe ethics, moral values responsibility towards parents we organized Family
Bliss programme. In this family bliss programme students honoured their parents and presented gifts.

4. LUCIDA CALLIGRAPHY

Sri Chaitanya believes that good handwriting influences thought process. In order make their
handwriting more beautiful to improve hand-eye coordination.

coaching so that our every student can present legibly with superior paper presentation.

5. MATH CLUB
 Stressing on the need of imparting numerous skills, Sri Chaitanya executes effective implementation
of math club to pave the way to fulfil the spontaneous oral command in math.

Sri Chaitanya strongly believes that this specific innovative club makes our student gets prepared for
the challenging and toughest examinations with effective techniques and the guidance of out experts. We
successfully completed the four levels of the club this year with keen students’ participation.

6. ABACUS

In addition to maths club Sri Chaitanya conducting abacus which makes our young minds do
calculation in the fastest ways with ease. It boosts our students to do calculation in less time skilfully.

7. SCIENCE EXPO

In order to develop scientific temper among the students, we conducted science fare nearly 400
hundred projects were exhibited in it. This brought latent talent of our students.

8. SPORTS & GAMES

Intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and
strong. In the same way, health and fitness are imperative at the grassroots level.

Taking a cue from these quotes, we organized sports meet in the events of valley ball, Kho Kho,
Kabaddi, cricket and running. Our students participated in state and national level and hugged lime light. To

o P.Likhitha from X won the Khelo India 400mts running and participated in National
level in Gujarat.
o Y.Anitha from IX Selected for National Level beachVolleyball meet.
o K.Madhuri from VIII selected for Under-14 basket ball state level meet.

9. FIELD TRIPS
Field trips take the book learning from the class room to real life experience it fosters the sense of
teamwork our students visited an orphanage, parks and asked the owners several questions about the
functioning of them.

These field trips enhanced the learning experience of kids. Our students visited various places such
as Ramoji Filmcity, Karuna giri and Cherukuri Gardens to explore real life experience.

Additionally to attain the motto of unity and diversity in the students’ fraternity we also celebrated
all the national and religious festivals.

I avail this opportunity today to express a heartfelt thanks to our chairman sir and Directress
Srividhya madam garu for their trust in our hard work and self reliance, which has boosted our school to
become one of the best schools in Khammam.

And I also thank our DGM sir for his guidance, constant and continuous support in all the matter
concerning school management.
 And I also thank all the parents who took part in the profound success of our esteemed institution.

The bottom line is that we have all grown through the process and we will continue to move forward
to uphold the legacy of Sri Chaitanya.

our students to visit it.
