students:
A very Good Morning to all of you! On behalf of Kendriya Vidyalaya
No. 4 DHSGVV Sagar, I feel truly honored to welcome you on the
occasion of ‘Gour Utsav Cum Annual Function 2023-24.
As we approach to the end of the Academic year and our 5 years of
service towards providing quality education since our inception in
2018. I take this opportunity to thank the almighty lord for his
abundant blessings and guidance from our patron saint parents,
students, teachers and well wishers.
There is a great saying “Education is simply the soul of a society as it
passes from one generation to another.”
As we share the yearly updates of our activities, we take the modesty
to say that we did our best as we had planned and we are proud of our
students and teachers who strive to hard to achieve beyond
expectations.

sagar take great pleasure in presenting the Annual Report of our
school. The year 2023-2024 was marked with many events and
success stories. This can be attributed to the dedication and team spirit
of the members of the management, staff and students.
Established in 2018 Kendriya Vidyalaya no. 4 Sagar has been
preparing future of your children we focus on supporting all students
to reach their potential academically socially and emotionally. We
have committed proactive 27 teachers to help each child to reach their
potential.
Our staff has high expectations and adopt a wide variety of innovative
teaching practices.
Teachers Enhancement Programs: “Teachers are also learners.”
Staying updated is the key to success in any field, especially, in
education. Our teachers constantly strive to stay updated by attending
workshops & various training Programs. Our teachers also attended
workshops conducted by CBSE. “Sow an act and you reap a habit
sow a habit and you reap a character”
Dear parents, the most proud moment for Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 4
DHSGVV Sagar in 2023-2024 was achievement in Inspire Manak
award at National Level by Shubh Saxena IX Class which was held in
the month of October .
01 student Aaditya Gautam from class VIII th represnt school at open
national level Children science congress in session 2022-23and Tanish
Nandanwar from class VII represent school at Regional Level NCSC
in session 2023-24.
Two Student Tanya Singh class VI and Tanish Nandanwar Class VII
was selected in Science Olympiad Foundation exam Second Level.
SPORTS:
In the academic year 2023-24, …16…..students represented school at
KVS Regional Level Sports meet .Inter House tournaments are held
in relation with football, Cricket, volleyball, badminton etc. These
games foster team spirit among the participants and make them
disciplined. And we are sure that there will be an increase in the
number in the times to come!
Annual Sports Meet:
The school organized annual sports meet on ………………………..
Approximately 400 students participated in various track and field
events. Many new records were made in 50 meter, 100 meter and 200
meter races. Students were given medals for Races, Long Jump, and
Discus throw,
CCA Co-curricular activities provides children opportunities to
showcase their talents. House wise and open House competitions
were conducted throughout the year in solo singing, Poem recitation ,
drawing and painting, English extempore , general quiz, Best out of
Waste, Essay Writing, Debate etc.
CCA in our school helps our students to develop relationship skills
and everlasting friendship where they learn to work in a group
collaboratly.
Library :The primary purpose of the library is to provide resource to
meet the individual needs of our wards. Our library aims to provide
the highest quality to basic communication skills (R, W, S, L) Our
Library has been enriched with subscriptions for more number of
newspapers, magazines, Educational periodicals and acquisition of a
large number of books in fiction and in all school subjects.
Learn through Fun, Various activities like colors day, fruit &
vegetable day, flower day, poetry recitation were organized to enhance
the teaching and learning process in the Tiny Tots.
Academics Coming to academies we have 4 periodic tests and two
main exams Mid Term and Final to measure the academic standard of
the children as academies is very important to compete in this
competitive world where they have to excel themselves.
We are grooming our students to be confident, happy and secured
youth of tomorrow. They act as effective stepping stone to move from
the familiar, safe cocoon of the home to the uncertain, challenging
world outside.

PTA meetings were arranged periodically to inform the parents about
their child’s performance we cherish and thank all the parents for their
cooperation and their constructive suggestion in our Endeavour of
imparting quality education.
Ladies and Gentlemen. Along with these, various events are
celebrated with a lot of vigour and fun.
Some of them are: Independence day was celebrated with great
honour and patriotism. On Teachers day the children have performed
various programmes for teachers. As a token of love management
honored the teachers.
To make the children more active and independent field trips have
been organized where V to VIII std students visited City forest Sagar .
So that they get the idea of natural places.
The Vidyalaya is so concern about the health of the children so they
have organized health check-up which was done by Dr
…………………..and Team.
Achievements 2023-24 Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 4 Sagar serves as an
education model that nurtures the students achievements through
holistic reform of education. We promote optimism and inspire
students to take education as the most powerful weapon which can be
used to change the world and where our students are taught how to
think and not what to think one such example of our school where 03
students of our school ‘Shubh Saxena ’ and ,Aaditya Gautam And
Tanish Nandanwar who showcased their exceptional performance and
proficiency in Math and Science related project. I congratulate both
these students for qualifying in 1st and 2nd rounds Keep It Up
students as the Principal of Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 4 Sagar I feel
proud to appreciate my faculty and staff. Thank you for sharing with
our students you passion for all subjects.
The teacher’s job is to help children change for better. The process of
teaching is a cooperative endeavor. I wish to take this opportunity to
express my sincere thanks to all my staff members with whose co-
operation we have been able to carry out all programmes and
academic activities. I would also like to express my grateful thanks to
our Chairman who always support us in all aspects and he is the back
bone of our school system and all our higher authorities, the parent
community and students whose whole-hearted cooperation has
enabled us to complete all our tasks successfully. Last but not least I
conclude my Annual Report with a small quote “If you are planning
for a year, sow rice; if you are planning for a decade, plant trees; if
you are planning for a lifetime, educate people.” Thank u Thank u one
