One can think of a healthy mind only in a healthy body. Both
physical and mental wellbeing are the prerequisites of great
achievements in man’s life.
We will now continue with our best performance of Taekwondo.
Taekwondo is a traditional Korean martial art, which means "the
way of kicking and punching".
In taekwondo, hands and feet can be used to overcome an
opponent, but the trademark of the sport is the combination of
kick movements.
