Starting with this Latin Olympic Slogan, I, Laiba Faisal, Eman Noor grade 9C and Eman safdar
Welcome you all to the Annual Sports Gala of Beaconhouse School System, Okara Campus –
the breeding ground of exceptionally talented students, a galaxy of emerging stars, a hub of
innovation and a lightened path for those seeking it.
Our institution produces the best students, empowers the good and shows the path to be
the best.
Today we are here to see some enthusiastic performances, exotic races, and soothing and
energetic music.
Whatever you will witness here today will be a culmination of tireless efforts of our teachers and
students.
We are here to welcome our worthy Chief Guest Dr. Humera Farah, the first female Umpire of
Pakistan.
Sports do not build character. They reveal it. Our worthy chief guest, Dr. Humera farah
has officiated in more than 180 matches at different levels and umpired more than 170
matches.
We are highly honored to have you both here with us today.
We need your permission to start this event on this glorious morning.

Ladies and gentlemen, and my dear fellows, You are now going to witness the magnificent
March Past, planned and organized by both campuses.
Along with these students, here comes the Sports President of Girls’ Campus – Maham Ishtiaq.
With her are the house incharges- Amna anwar for Lion house followed byZainab salman for
Stallion house along with the house teachers – Ms. Jawaria Aamir for Stallion house with Ms.
Maira Arshad for Lion House.
Wow! That was splendid!
This March Past symbolized Unity, faith and discipline. This portrayed QuaideAzam
Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s saying that unity, faith and discipline are vital elements of life.
This was our way of welcoming our chief guest and you all on our highly-anticipated Sports
Day.
Now I would like to invite Shanze Fatime from Grade 6 for recitation of the Holy Quran
followed by Umaima Ahmed from Grade 7 for Urdu Translation and Hareem Sadiq from
Grade 5 for English Translation.
JazakAllah.
The National Anthem is a symbol of freedom, patriotism and our love of our beloved homeland.
National anthem boosts the spirits of the nation, gives new hope to those in hardships, empowers
those who defend the nation.
So let's rise from our seats and sing the national anthem with full zeal and zest.
For Sports Oath Taking, I would like to call Ma'am Tayyaba Mushtaq with Executive
Council, The School Head Girl, Deputy Head Girl along with respective house incharges.
The vision behind Beaconhouse Schooling System is to serve as a lighthouse in the middle of a
roaring sea which shows the path to the sailors on voyage.
Teachers and the alumni of the school play the role of a lighthouse and they show the path to the
dark and lost world. With this concept we are going towards the official opening ceremony with
torch lights. With the students here comes Ms. Rukhsana, maham ishtiaq sports incharge along
with the house captains.
OH MY GOD
This was absolutely amazing. It felt as if the stars of the galaxy had landed on land. Now
once again I officially welcome you all to the BSS annual sports Gala.
We are going to start the games in a while but before that the middle girls are going to sing some
morale boosting , energetic, melodious, and inspirational songs to make your day. I proudly
present our school choir along with Mr . Sajjid as their leader to warm our hearts with
spectacular music.
Splendid job guys, that was remarkable! They say that music is the poetry of the body, the
movement of the body , the pumping of the heart, and expressions of the face, with music being
what the middle girls and boys are going to display.
Firstly I would like to call the middle girls with Ms Rukhsana Shafique, Ms Tayyaba
Mushtaq, and Ms Maliha Tariq to display a magnificent aerobics show.
That was absolutely amazing.
Would you look at that! All of these songs are my personal favorites.
“Tough times never last, but tough people do!”
Gymnastics is a type of sport that includes physical exercises requiring balance, strength,
flexibility, coordination.
Now I would like to invite some of the little gymnasts to manifest themselves. First up we
have pyramid making, then stretching exercise and lastly, Front rolling.
With this, our spectacular performances come to an end.
Now it is time to acknowledge and reward the worthy winners.
For this, I would like to invite our worthy Chief Guest along with Sir Amir Akhlaq to come on
stage for prize distribution.
