We begin with the Inspection of Troops, as our School Sports Captain Vandana Sangeet and
Vice-Captain Ishana Santosh escort Trusty Sir Principal Madam. Every sportsperson here
now stands ready for inspection.

Ladies and gentlemen, brace yourselves for an electrifying performance by our talented band
students! As we kick off this sports day with their energetic tunes, let the rhythm set the stage
for an unforgettable day of athleticism. Without further ado, let the music play and the
festivities begin!
8 Opening March Past Arunav 9D
Now it is time for our students to showcase Discipline, Unity, and Coordination in an
important
ceremonial practice, the School March Past.
The March Past ceremony is a display of each of our school house Sportsmanship and
Decorum. Our March Past is being led by Equality House.
As the Houses march in, let us read out a few lines written by our students, describing all that
the school Houses stand for.
First we have Equality House led by Captain, _____, bearing the flag and Vice Captain,

Equality is the soul of liberty,
To stand as equals is our destiny.
We may not all be the same,

Here comes the Peace House, led confidently by House Captain Yatindra Naik bearing the

Finally, we have Unity house with House Captain, Dhairya Gosrani , bearing the flag and

As one, we can script a wonderful story.
We can each shine, but together win
And stand united through thick and thin.
Our Senior Secondary School marches in, led by Naazia Khan, ISC Captain.
Bringing up the rear is our School Band, led by ……………………… , playing a medley of
marching tunes.

Lowering of the school flag signifies the close of our sporting event for today giving us hope
for renewal for tomorrow The houses slowly march to the beat of the drum to begin folding
the flag. The flag is now folded and handed over to the sports captain who needs to take it, he
now has handed the flag respectfully to over to our director /principal mam– The sports
teacher, Anand, Waghmare, Sir, and Preeti Satam Mam will accept the flag with the promise
of continuing the legacy of sportsmanship at Finland international school, Thani. May I now
request – mam to conclude the sports event.
