At Prudence, we take pride in nurturing every aspect of a student’s personality. Since initiatives
and experiences shape personality and perspective, we provide plethora of opportunities in the
form of educational trips and excursions.
A School Excursion is an experiential learning for the holistic development of children. These
excursions provide an opportunity to experience cultures, respect differences, participate in
problem solving tasks, engage in team building and cultivate essential life skills.

The school is organizing a 05 nights and 05 days excursion program to Dharamshala for
the students of Class XI from 21st May to 26th May 2024.

Each day has been customized to bring out and hone the different aspects of a child’s
personality. The trip will be duly supervised by school teachers and instructors. Safety and
security of the students is our prime concern and quality services will be provided. The students
will have a joyful and enriching experience.
The total cost of the program is INR 17,500/-
The price includes accommodation at 4 Star Property on quad sharing basis. Travel from
School to Dharamshala and Back in Luxury Volvo/Scania Coaches, all activities, entry
tickets, group insurance, services of instructors and first aid/ medical facilities.

This trip is OPTIONAL. If you are interested and keen to provide your ward this unique
opportunity, kindly fill the application form attached below latest by 30th April 2024.

Since limited seats are available, registration will be done on first come, first serve basis.

No refund will be made after 3rd May 2024.

The Principal,

We permit our ward to join the educational tour at Dharamshala from 21st May to 26th May
2024. Our ward is physically fit and will abide by the rules and regulations given by the
Teacher Incharges. I understand that the Management, Teachers & Organizers will take all
possible precautions to safeguard my ward during the trip and safety of my child will be
given utmost priority. However, in case of any mishap/injury which is caused by conditions
beyond the reasonable control of the Management & Organizers, I will not hold the
Management, Teachers & Organizers responsible for the same. We are sending Rs. 17,500/-
for the aforesaid trip.
