Dear Parent,

It is never easy to say goodbye to children, especially for teachers who have seen
them change and advance over time. Dipsites of Grade-X are on the threshold of
a new journey in their life. As, has been the tradition of DPS, Secunderabad, we
would like to bid farewell to our dear students.

Taking this idea forward, we are organising a day out replete with adventure and
fun for the students of Grade – X. This will also provide a platform for our students
to develop new life skills, friendships and interests.
Adventure adds excitement to life and a new realm of possibility to the outdoor
world. It has the beauty of being one of the few things that’s free and inside all of
us. Sometimes, we just need a bit of help in finding it. Adventure and outdoor
recreation ensure a delightful day filled with recreation and joyful memories.
Kindly note the following in this regard:-
 It will be combination of fun-filled games and life skill activities which make
students learning experience richer, more joyful and rewarding.
 The sports activities will be supervised by trained personnel with ample
experience in conducting and organizing such activities.
 Lunch will be provided to the students.
 The safety and well-being of the students in our care is of paramount
importance.
 Parents who wish to send their wards for the same need to remit an
amount of Rs 800/- in a neatly labelled envelope addressed to the Class
Teacher on 19 January 2024.

 Location : A Resort

 Reporting time at School - 7:45 a.m. on Thursday, 25 January 2024.

Buses will ply on all scheduled routes.

 Dispersal time at School - 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, 25 January 2024.

Students must be picked up from school by the parents.
