In the past six years, we committed to our mandate to enhance the quality of education, broaden its ac-
cess, and ensure its relevance in the rapidly changing world.
DepEd endeavored to address each challenge by instituting programs and reforms in the Department. We
have fully implemented the K to 12 curriculum and the aggressive reforms of Sulong EduKalidad to pro-
duce globally competitive learners and teachers. We also expanded our mis-
sion for accessible education by strengthening the Alternative Learning System (ALS) and the Last Mile
Schools programs to reach more Filipinos. Likewise, we also established the National Academy of Sports
(NAS) and Education Futures Unit to create more opportunities for our learners and anticipate the future of
the education system in the country.
Committed to sustaining this momentum, the Department developed and implemented the Basic Educa-
tion-Learning Continuity Program (BE-LCP), where we offered various learning modalities and produced
award-winning initiatives such as the DepEd TV and DepEd Commons at the height of the pandemic. Even-
tually, the Department held its ground against an unprecedented challenge in basic education as we pro-
gressively expand the reintroduction of face-to-face classes in the country.
Indeed, education is truly a shared responsibility. This is why we express our utmost appreciation to our dear
parents and teachers for being our partners in nurturing the youth throughout the years.
To the Class of 2022, resilience is in your blood. You have survived one of the toughest times in human histo-
ry, yet still embraced education as your primary tool to success. I believe that with your passion and pur-
pose, you can reach your dreams and change the world.
May you keep on harnessing and imparting wisdom as together, we will build a nation of competent global
citizens and future leaders.
Secretary
This year's theme "K to 12 Graduates: Pursuing Dreams and Fostering Resilience
in the Face of Adversity” is a resounding tribute to all your milestones and accomplishments not only this
school year, but for the past two years. The strength and bravery that you have manifested not only made
you grow mature as a learner, but it has also made you resiliently smart to face and accept any changes
and challenges that come your way.
I would also like to congratulate our parents and guardians for their openness to collaborate with the De-
partment of Education. Without their consistent push and guidance, our learners would not have achieved
so much this past year. Thank you so much for being our strongest allies, our champions of education, for
without your solid help, this significant moment would not have arrived.
To our dear teachers and school administrators, you have brought honor and pride to the Department of
Education for all the things that you have done. You have truly shown sacrifice and tremendous efforts to
ensure that education continues even during this global health crisis. Since our country is slowly healing from
this pandemic, and now that we have re-introduced face-to-face classes in our schools, we continue to
bank on your ingenuity to provide and cater to the learning needs of our learners. There is nothing lovelier
than to see our children learning in their usual happy corners, hearing their loud voices, joyfully laughing,
playing and learning colorfully in a safe and healthy environment.
To all our education stakeholders, our local executives, our partners in education, we can never thank you
enough for all your support, especially to our Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan. May our partnership
continue to flourish, for I am sure that there will be more opportunities to come in the coming years.
In conclusion, let the words of Eleanor Roosevelt guide you -- "The future belongs to those who believe in the
beauty of their dreams." Confidently follow your dreams, and live the life that you have imagined with so
much grace, vigor and bravery. Stay committed to the future that you have envisioned. Embrace the op-
portunities that come your way, and spread love and compassion wherever you go.
Again, congratulations my dear graduates and completers, and God bless you all.
Taus-puso kong binabati ang ating mga Senior High School graduate; at Kinder, Grade
6, and Junior High School completer.

have encountered some challenges along the way, but you've endured and come out stronger as a result.
You've shared exceptional moments, wonderful times, and created memories that will last a lifetime. You

other activities in order to improve your grades. Thank you so much for partnering with us in the education
of our children.

We have come on the most exciting part of our school year, the moving-up/
graduation /recognition day. Congratulations for doing your best to come to
this part!
Dear Graduates/movers/awardees you have been there and done that which made you successful
today. Your moments of almost giving-up and tiring days are over. You truly are resilient to adversity as you
have fought for your dreams and you are now a step closer to achieving the education which will be your
armor to a brighter and better future. Efforts are now paid off today and you have your parents, teachers
and supporters to be thankful for.
To the parents, as always, we are thankful for working hand and hand with us while we continue to
give quality education to your children. Prioritizing each concerns, activities and making yourselves availa-
ble each time your needed are just some of the notable actions of support not just for the good of the
school but most for the best interest of our learners. They will not make it without you. We will not make it to-
day without your untiring support. This proves a quotation that goes “alone we do so little; together we can
do much”.
To all our other stakeholders, our hats off to you as you continue to support us in so many unselfish
ways that made our dreams and aspirations into a reality. You are all a blessing to all of us. We will be forev-
er grateful to all of you.
To the faculty and staff, once again you have proven dedication to your vocation as leaders of edu-
cation in your own way. You have done what is expected and your best for our learners. Let us continue to
see each dreams of our learners through their eyes and let us continue to help them achieve each dream
they have. Thank you for inspiring them and never gave up on them. You hard work are beyond the com-
pensation you receive since the foundation of your hard work is the love of our work and I commend you
all.
Again, dear Graduates/movers/awardees, your achievements are our achievements. We will always
be proud of what you have chosen to become. Whatever field you opt to as long as you put your heart to
it and you will be giving your best – we will be with you and will be prouder than ever. Soar high TarNaHisTas!

Beauty that made this heart adore You You’re altogether lovely, altogether worthy
Hope of a life spent with You Altogether wonderful to me
Here I am to worship, here I am to bow down Here I am to worship, here I am to bow down
Here I am to say that You’re my God Here I am to say that You’re my God
You’re altogether lovely, altogether worthy You’re altogether lovely, altogether worthy
Altogether wonderful to me Altogether wonderful to me
King of all days oh, so highly exalted Here I am to worship, here I am to bow down
Glorious in heaven above Here I am to say that You’re my God
Humbly You came to the earth You created You’re altogether lovely, altogether worthy
All for love’s sake became poor Altogether wonderful to me
Tindig mga kaibigan Himig ang tugtog ay sundan ating ipagdiwang panau-

Tayo ay umawit at magbigay
Galang
Ganyan ang nais ko sinta
Lahat nating panauhin batting malugod
Siglay walang bawa
At pasalubungan
Magpakailan paman
NItong awit na matimyas hindi na kukupas
Magpakaylan paman
Nang dito sa atin ay mawiling tunay
Nang dito sa atin ay mawiling tunay
At di na malimot ang Palawan
At dina malimot ang Palawan

A Million Dreams
I close my eyes and I can see Every night I lie in bed
The world that's waiting up for me The brightest colours fill my head
That I call my own A million dreams are keeping me awake
Through the dark, through the door I think of what the world could be
Through where no one's been before A vision of the one I see
But it feels like home A million dreams is all it's gonna take
Oh a million dreams for the world we're gonna
They can say, they can say it all sounds crazy
make
They can say, they can say I've lost my mind
I don't care, I don't care, so call me crazy However big, however small
We can live in a world that we design Let me be part of it all
Share your dreams with me
'Cause every night I lie in bed
You may be right, you may be wrong
The brightest colours fill my head
But say that you'll bring me along
A million dreams are keeping me awake
To the world you see
I think of what the world could be
To the world I close my eyes to see
A vision of the one I see
I close my eyes to see
A million dreams is all it's gonna take
Oh a million dreams for the world we're gonna Every night I lie in bed
make The brightest colours fill my head
A million dreams are keeping me awake
There's a house we can build
A million dreams, a million dreams
Every room inside is filled
I think of what the world could be
With things from far away
A vision of the one I see
The special things I compile
A million dreams is all it's gonna take
Each one there to make you smile
A million dreams for the world we're gonna
On a rainy day
make
They can say, they can say it all sounds crazy
For the world we're gonna make
They can say, they can say we've lost our
minds
I don't care, I don't care if they call us crazy
Runaway to a world that we design
