RATIONALE:

In accordance with DepEd Memorandum No. 43, s. 2022 announces the conduct of the
School Year (SY) 2021-2022 End of School Year Rites for Kindergarten, Grade 6, Grade 10 and
grade 12 learners who shall satisfactorily meet the curriculum requirements with the theme
Gradweyt ng K-12: Masigasig sa mga Pangarap at Matatag sa mga Pagsubok (K to 12 Graduates:
Pursuing Dreams and Fostering Resilience in the Face of Adversity) under the said curriculum.
This school year 2021-2022, the Dona Cecilia Elementary School will be producing 62
completers and 41 graduates under the K-12 Curriculum.
Parents, teachers and learners were so delighted that the Department of Education allow
schools to conduct limited face-to-face Graduation Rites. Thus, the conduct of limited face-to-
face Graduation Rites for this school year with the consent of the parents, learners and municipal
IATF was proposed.

OBJECTIVES:

1. To conduct limited face-to-face Graduation and Moving Up Rites for SY: 2021-2022.

Meeting with the teaching staff, orientation of parents and preparation of needed
documents and materials will be thoroughly discussed. This whole day activity will be conducted
face to face but following the health protocols and with the permission from the municipal IATF.
