Update of Student Particulars

If you have moved, changed your phone number, email or address, please approach your phase leader to get a form so
that your particulars can be updated.

School Dismissal (Students Taking Private Transport)

Parents will be informed regarding the dismissal venue for their children. Parents should have an A4 paper with their
child’s name and class on their windscreen. This notice will be announced by a teacher at the start of the school road
upon which they enter. The student will then be alerted to come to the pick-up point. Parents will continue to move
around the car park to the collection point. Students should quickly go to their parents' car. Any delays here will also
result in a delay to others. Students walking home, will leave school through the school field to avoid crowds at the
school gate, and to reduce overcrowding.

School Dismissal (Students Taking The School Bus)

Buses and vans will be parked in a single file so that it will be easy for students to get on the bus. Buses will be
numbered according to their routes, and these will be displayed very clearly for the students to see. Students will leave
the school the same way they walked into the school. Students will be guided and supervised by their teachers
regarding how they should get on the buses. They should be on their best behaviour at all times.
