his/her studies.

We have implemented policies aimed at offering students the optimal academic and career guidance to achieve their
best outcomes.
I. It is mandatory to attain 75% attendance to appear in Board Exams. Ensure that your ward remains regular and
maintains 85% attendance to enable him/her to take leaves for self-study before the exams.

As per Rule 35 of DSEAR- 1973,

“Head of School will ensure that no student of classes IX to XII (Below the attendance of 60%) will appear in the
examination without the approval of the Director (Education). As per Rule 35 of DSEAR- 1973, the name of
student may be struck off from the roll by head of school on account of continued absence without leave for six
consecutive days by a student after giving the parents or guardian of such student a reasonable opportunity of
showing cause against proposed action.”

The school administration is committed to enforcing these regulations strictly to maintain academic
discipline.

II. Subject wise remedial classes are also arranged to help students improve their weak areas. (schedule given in the
Almanac)

III. To ensure preparation for the Board Exams, unit tests and exams are conducted regularly.

IV. Workshops are organized from time to time to reinforce the learning and to impart important information
regarding skill development and various career avenues.

Our endeavors can yield fruitful results only through collaborative efforts. We kindly request your cooperation in the
following ways: -

❖Students are required to adhere to the school's uniform and maintain a suitable hairstyle. Please ensure that the
uniform is neither worn out nor oversized. If any discrepancies are noted, the student will be requested to purchase
a new uniform. Additionally, it is important to ensure that your child is well-groomed with an appropriate haircut.
Students with beard or long hair will be sent back home.

❖Attendance at all unit tests and examinations is mandatory, as they serve as crucial evaluation tools for both
teachers and students. Consistent revision aids in comprehension and retention of concepts. Marked answer sheets
are returned to students within 3-7 days. Please note that a fine of Rs. 1000/- will be levied for students absent on
exam days requiring a retest.

are driving to school without a valid license. Any student found engaging in this behavior will have their vehicle
impounded, and a formal complaint will be lodged with the police in accordance with the law.
