Subject: Welcome Back to School
Welcome to 2023 – 2024 school year and all the promise and opportunity of a new beginning!
The year has started setting new challenges both for teachers and students as challenge is the pathway to
engagement and progress in our lives. I expect that the New Year will be filled with success, challenges,
innovation and celebrations – and most of all lots of learning!
Below mentioned are the important points to be noted by you:
School Timing: School is not merely meant to impart knowledge to its students but to teach them discipline
and the importance of regularity and punctuality too. Students shall observe following school timing:
Monday – Friday Class: 1 -3
Reception: 8:00am – 12:05pm Monday – Thursday: 8:00am - 1:20pm
Foundation –Pre-1: 8:00am – 12:20pm Friday: 8:00am-12:30pm.
Sports Gear: All students of Preps must wear their sports uniform on every Friday It consists of:
White track-suit shirt/jacket (long sleeves) with school logo
Blue track-suit trousers
Short white socks
Plain white canvas sports shoes with Velcro fastening
Class 1-3 must wear their sports uniform according timetable on the days allocated for P.E
Fee Cards: All students have been issued 1 of 3 or 1 0f 9 fee cards for 2023 – 2024. Hence, parents are
requested to pay their child’s dues ASAP.
Parents Teacher Meeting:
It is important to understand that when parents and teachers communicate it provides an opportunity for the
child to reach their maximum potential both in classroom and outside of the classroom. These meetings held on
every 3rd Saturday of the Month are almost compulsory to be attended by all the Parents. 1st PTM for the session
2023– 2024 will be held on Saturday, 23rd September 2023.
Timing: 9:30 am – 12:00 pm

Personal Hygiene:
Good personal hygiene is the first step to good health. Hence, all students are expected to:
 have clipped fingernails
 take shower daily
  have well kept hair
 definitely wear underclothes (i.e.) underpants & vests
Class 1-3 must keep a hygiene kit in their bags consisting comb/brush /shoe shiner/hand sanitizer etc.
Snacks:
A child’s eating habits influence her/his personal traits. It is strongly recommended that all students from Rec –
Class 3 bring hygienically cooked, healthy and homemade food items along with them to be taken during
snacks time.
Student ID Card
The photographs for school ID Cards will be taken on Friday, 15th September 2023.
Please make sure that your child remains present on that day and comes to school in neat and tidy summer
uniform.
Reception students will come in neat and tidy attire.
For security purpose, it is compulsory for all the students to have a school ID card. All the ID Cards would be
ready to dispatch in the coming week.
Your cooperation in this regard will surely help us to maintain all the security measures in future.
