Greetings of the day!
We would like to bring to your kind attention the following informations pertaining to
the school for your needful compliance.
Distribution of Saplings: As a part of our commitment to environmental sustainability
and education, we have conducted a mega plantation drive in our school campus on
18th August, 2023 sponsored by “Rabindra Sarovar’s Friend's Forum”, Kolkata.
Accordingly, mango saplings have been distributed to each and every student of the
school from Grade V to XII. These saplings are meant to be planted at home/around by
your child as a learning experience. Details regarding the sapling distribution date for
Grade LKG to IV and collection points will be shared shortly. Let's work together to
nurture a greener future for our next generation.
Distribution of House Uniform: The distribution of house uniform for the students
will take place shortly. House uniforms are an integral part of the school identity and
also promotes a sense of belongingness among the students. Kindly make sure to
purchase the house uniforms on the specified date to ensure that your child is prepared
for upcoming school events.
Timely Payment of School Fees: Please ensure timely payment of school fees of your
ward to avoid any inconvenience/late fines etc. (within due date as intimated earlier).
Moreover, timely payment of school fees is also mandatory for smooth functioning of
the school. Please deposit the school fees (up-to-date) by 30.08.2023 positively (if not
paid earlier) and ignore if already paid.
Teachers’ Day Celebration: We would be celebrating Teachers’ Day like every year
on 5th of September. As we approach the occasion to celebrate our dedicated educators,
we kindly request that you please refrain from sending any gifts for the teachers. Your
child's sincere wish will be the best gift to the teachers.
We appreciate your whole hearted co-operation and attention to these issues. Your co-
operation and support is essential for the effective functioning of the school and the
holistic development of our students.
