Greetings from WGS Fraternity!
It gives us immense pleasure to welcome you to Wisdom Global School. We feel immensely fortunate to get
connected with you. Thanks for keeping trust upon us.
We are looking forward to a productive partnership with you and ensure that our students will achieve their highest
potential. We recognize that in order to be successful, the children need support from both the home and school. A
strong partnership with you will make a great difference in your child’s education. As partners, we share the
responsibility for our children’s success. We hope that your ward is equipped and equally passionate to initiate a
new chapter of learning with us. We have designed a well-conceived plan to provide a holistic learning experience to
our students.

General Information
 New Session for Grades I-VIII will commence from Monday, 1st April, 2024.
Timings:
07:30 AM to 01:40 PM (Monday to Friday)
07:30 AM to 12:30 PM (Saturday)
Note: The School gate closes at 07:30 AM.

New Session for Early Years (Pre-Nursery – Sr. Prep.) will commence from Wednesday, 3rd April, 2024
Timings:
08:45 AM to 12:15 PM (Monday to Friday)
Saturday - Off

 ID Cards
It is mandatory for all the students to wear their ID cards at all times within the school premises. The ‘Identity
Card’ once issued to the student must be kept carefully and safely. It should be worn daily to school. Reissue of
ID Card will cost Rs 100/-.
 Uniform, Books, Notebooks and Stationary for Grades Jr. Prep. to VIII are available in the school premises
from 21st to 30th March, 2024 on all the working days. (Timings: 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM)
 Books, Notebooks and Stationary for Pre-Nursery and Nursery will be available after 1st April 2024.
 Kindly update your Mobile No. and Important Information with the Front Office for the School ERP so as to
receive regular information from the school.
 Username & Password for the School ERP will be provided by the Form Tutors in the classes once the school
reopens.
 For Grades I - VIII, school will remain working on all the days (Monday to Saturday).
 Keeping in mind the child’s security, ONLY the Parents or the Guardians (whose photograph is there on the ID
Card) will be allowed to take the child back home. Strangers will not be entertained.
 All the student belongings (books, notebooks, tiffin, water bottle, pencil kit, bag, etc.) should be labelled with
student’s name and grade with a permanent marker.
 School Almanac will be provided within few days of school reopening. Till then, kindly send one rough
notebook.
 Parents willing to opt for the Transport Facility in the new session are required to fill the Online Consent Form.

Transport In-charge.
 Students of Grades I – VIII are required to wear the Sports Uniform on every Wednesday and Saturday. Regular
Uniform to be worn on all the other days.
 A list of essential items will be provided by the Form Tutor. It is mandatory to submit them in the school on the
first day. Please ensure to label all the items.
 Kindly clear the First Quarter Fees before 25th March 2024.
