Dear Parent

We congratulate the parents at the dawn of new session 2024-2025. St. Angel’s School aims
at quality education and excellence in multi-farious co-curricular activities. As we embark on
this new journey together, our aim is to provide your child with enriching and engaging
learning experiences and to foster their academic growth and holistic development. We hope
your child would take rapid strides in all the spheres of the assigned tasks. With your
cooperation we hope to bring the best out of your child. Our teachers have prepared exciting
activities to help students get to know their classmates, build new friendships, in order to
experience another joyful year at school.

Beginning of Academic Session 2024-25

New Session Begins for Classes V - XII

At this point, it is important to re-iterate and remind ourselves about the key
operational structures.

1) Reporting Time: Reporting time is 7:40am and the gates will close at 7:55 am
sharp.

Each instance of late arrival will be recorded in the Almanac. We urge you to
ensure that your ward reports to School on time for him/her to have
a smooth start to the day.

2) Dispersal time is 2:00 PM. Arrival & Dispersal will take place from Gate no 1 only.

3) I-Card: For a student, wearing I-Card to School everyday is mandatory.

I-cards for the session 2024-25 have been handed over to the parents by
their respective class teacher on the day of PTM. The children may wear their
last year I-Card on the first day to School, if they are yet to receive the latest
I-Card. Any parent visiting the campus to pick their ward or for any other
purpose must carry the Parent I-Card along. Entry into the School premises
without Parent I-card will not be permitted.
 4) Almanac: We request you to ensure that your child carries the Almanac to School daily;
do check it regularly for any communication from the teacher/School. You may also use the
Almanac to communicate with the teachers.

5) Almanac Requirement: Fill the following pages from the school almanac:

Particulars of Student
Code of Conduct
Medical History Form
ID Card Proforma
Conveyance Declaration Form
Parent's Representative Purpose
Paste student's photo in school uniform and parent's photo on the first page.

6) Uniform: Parents must ensure that children come to school in proper school
uniform (washed and ironed clothes, polished shoes , school belt , neat and well
kept hair, trimmed nails etc). Students must wear house uniform on every
Friday.

7) LABELLING: Please check that books and notebooks are purchased from the
book counter and are available with your ward. Make sure that they are
properly labelled & arranged as per the Time Table.

8) Fee Payment: Fees for April 2024 must be paid by 10th April. Late fee of Rs. 10/day
applies after the due date.
