Dear Parents / Guardian,

For Class VIII

You may be aware that the Government has allowed the reopening of schools from Class VIII and
we would like to use this opportunity most fruitfully for the pupils.

After a long gap from physical classes, it is vital that the pupils of Class VIII are gradually re-
introduced to this mode of teaching and therefore we feel it is better if the orientation is done step-
by-step. Therefore online teaching will continue till February 15, 2022. We will have ONSITE
CLASSES from February 16, 2022 and continue teaching till February 19, 2022. The timing for the
classes in the Morning Session will be from 8:00 am to 10:00 am while for the pupils in the Afternoon
Session it will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. The schedule of the onsite classes will be shared shortly,
including any changes in the online schedule.

Keeping the above in mind we have scheduled the Annual Examination of Class VIII from February
26, 2022 and it will continue till March 07, 2022. The schedule for the same will be shared in due
course. All test scripts will be returned to the pupils and remedial classes, as applicable, will follow
before any retest as per the CBSE guidelines
.
Keeping Covid protocols in mind, it is expected that pupils wear an N95 mask, in case a child has a
problem wearing that due to confirmed medical reasons, they are to wear two disposable surgical
masks. Pupils are to carry their own sanitiser bottles and make sure that they do not have to share any
stationery item with their peer group. Pupils must ensure that they continue to follow the Covid
protocols outside the school premises for their own safety as well.

Bus service will be available for those who were previously enrolled. For further queries you are
requested to contact the school office between 11:00 am and 4:30 pm in order to speak to the
concerned person.

Health Declaration Forms must be filled on the evenings between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm prior to their
onsite school days. Details about the form will be shared shortly.

We would like to reassure guardians that the school is making the best efforts to sanitise its premises
as per the guidelines and will implement the protocols released.

We look forward to having our pupils back in School such that any gap in learning can be made up
and they are well prepared for the Annual Examination of Class VIII which the School intends to
hold in its premises. We earnestly solicit the cooperation of all Parents in making our efforts
successful.
