AGENDA:

1. Orientation for the Expanded Limited Face to Face Classes

-Legal Basis DepEd Memo No. 71, series 2021: Preparation for the Pilot Face to
Face, Expansion and Transitioning to New Normal dated October 18, 2021.
-School Safety Assessment Tool was conducted first if the school is ready.
-Validation from Division and Regional Offices were conducted prior of the
implementation.
(Based on the guidelines/ criteria if the school qualifies or have met the said f2f
classes requirements)
-Strict Implementation of Health Safety Protocols will be the top priority managed
by the SDRRMC personnel.
-Sets (A, B, C if needed) will be implemented every section from Grades 7-12
-Only 20 students are allowed per set.
-4.5 contact hours for Face to Face Classes per set
-Only 1 set will report per week and the other set/s will be in Printed Modular or
Digital Modality
-Students with No Parent’s Consent/Waiver are not allowed for the F2F Classes,
thus their modality will be automatically printed Modular or Digital.
-Last quarter will be utilized in preparation for the next school year New Normal
way of Face to Face classes as Simulation.
-If one Brgy (out of 11 service brgys) has a case thus all students from the said
brgy are not allowed to attend classes thus they all shift to modular /digital
modality. Therefore, if students have cough, headache etc., they are not
encouraged to attend classes to avoid eventualities.
-If there is a case inside the campus, automatic LOCKDOWN will be
implemented and modular/digital modality will be applied.
-If there is a suspect inside the classroom, isolation facility is available with the
presence of health personnel.
-No Teachers can teach classes without FULL VACCINATION if not
BOOSTERED! Unvaccinated Teachers should have RT-PCR/Swab Test twice a
month.
-Instructions on Safety Protocols will be posted in all strategic areas inside the
campus and inside the classrooms as well.
-PPEs and medicine kits are available in the area.
-Thermal Scanners, Disinfectants, Footbath etc. are present inside the campus

1. Pahibal-on ang magtutudlo sa kahimtang panglawas sa akong anak ilabina kung siya
adunay gibati nga susama sa simtomas sa flu sama sa mosunod: sip-on, ubo, hilanat,
panakit sa lawas, kaluya, kalibang, paglisod sa ginhawa;
2. Pahibal-on ang magtutudlo/tulunghaan ug ugaling adunay miyembro sa pamilya nga
nagka-COVID;
3. Mokooperar sa mga personahe sa tulunghaan, sa barangay health unit ug kinsa man
nga otoridad kun ugaling ang akong anak o kinsa man nga miyembro sa pamilya
ipailawom sa referral alang sa testing sa COVID o pagtambal kaha alang sa contact
tracing, isolation, o quarantine;
4. Kung ugaling nasakit ilabina kung nagka-COVID, motungha lamang sa eskwelahan
kung nakakuha ug clearance nga naayo na ug luwas na nga mosulod sa eskwelahan o
trabaho;
5. Dili patunghaon sa eskwelahan ang among mga anak o bisan kinsa sa pamilya kung
adunay gibati sa lawas;
6. Siguraduhon nga ang among anak ug miyembro sa pamilya kanunay sundon ang social
distancing bisan pa sa pagsakay ug sa pag-adto sa mga pampubliko nga lugar;
7. Kanunay nga himuon ang paghugas sa mga kamot ug pagdisinfect bisan sa sulod sa
panimalay;
8. Mutabang nga ipatuman ang tanan nga mga giya nga gihimo sa eskwelahan pinaagi sa

Among gikonsidera ang risgo sa pagpatungha sa among anak isip kabahin sa Pilot
Face-to-Face sa Agusan National High School. Uban ang pagtuo nga buhaton sa mga
hingtungdan sa tulunghaan ang tanan aron luwas ang among anak sa iyang pagtungha sa
