BLENDED LEARNING MODE FROM THE MONTH OF OCTOBER

Dear parents,
Greetings and good wishes from IPHS, RAK!
In continuation to our Circular dated 26th August 2021 (IPHS/21-22/040), and as per the
instruction received from the Ministry Of Education, we would like to inform you that the
school has decided to go with the Blended Learning Mode (Face to face and Online) for all
our students from Sunday, 3rd October 2021.
Complete online classes are applicable only to those students with chronic health issues
and they must submit a MoH stamped certified Medical Certificate.
Hope this advance notice will give enough time for our students who are away from UAE to
return to this country within the stipulated time.
The Blended Learning plan prioritizes the safety of all students, staff and the entire school
community.
We are trying to give students as much access to live learning as possible whilst ensuring
that they remain socially distanced and safe in school. High levels of supervision backed up
with thorough training of students will ensure that social distancing is maintained.
We would like to put forth that initially the school will not provide transportation.
Detailed plans will follow and will be communicated once we receive further guidelines
from MOE.
The UAE government has worked tirelessly and efficiently to mitigate the effects of the
pandemic situation and we request all our parents and students to co-operate to ensure
the safe re-opening of school.

We believe in developing strong relationships between the school and our children’s
parents and all together we will be able to provide the support that your child needs to
excel throughout his or her educational career.
Once again, we urge our IPHS community to utilize the opportunity to receive the vaccine
and ensure that we continue the race of excellence to overcome the pandemic of COVID-
19.
