Dear Parents and Guardians,

FEU High School would like to invite your child to join the “FEU High School 5th Commencement
Exercises” on the following dates:
Date Time Sections
July 21, 2022 8:00 AM- 11:00AM ABM and HUMSS
2:00 PM - 5:00 PM GAS
July 22, 2022 8:00 AM- 11:00AM STEM 1 - 8
2:00 PM - 5:00 PM STEM 9 -16

Students and parents/guardians who intend to join the limited face-to-face commencement exercises must
strictly adhere to the following:

1. Only one (1) FULLY-VACCINATED parent or guardian is allowed to accompany the student in the
event.
2. Upon entrance, the parent shall use the admission card to gain access at Gate 3.
3. Graduates shall use their FEU HS IDs to gain entrance at the Gate 3.
4. The admission pass can only be used once and is NOT replaceable.
5. Parents may enter the FEU Auditorium at the time specified in the program.
6. The seats for parent/guests are on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis.
7. Students/parents must always wear a well-fitted face mask while inside the campus.
8. All graduates shall register in the covered walkway in front of the Science Building following their
schedule. The graduates shall sign in the attendance folder to confirm their presence.
9. To maintain order, graduates and parents/guests shall leave the Auditorium after all school
administrators, faculty members, and guests have left the Auditorium. Graduates shall leave based
on their order of entry during processional.
10. Everyone must immediately leave the Auditorium as soon as the graduation ceremony ends to allow
FEU HS personnel to disinfect and refresh the venue for the next graduation session. Picture taking
on the Auditorium stage is not allowed. Graduates can use the designated photo booths in Pavilion 2
for picture taking.
11. Students must adhere to the graduation attire guidelines. Please refer to the Canvas course
for graduation details.
12. Graduates must return their academic gown/toga at Pavilion 2.
13. Graduates and their parents must exit via the Nursing Building Gate.

Should you allow your child to attend, please fill-out the reply slip below. Note that the submission of the
reply slip is required for the issuance of diploma.
