I am willingly giving my consent for sending my son/ daughter to school when

School Reopens on 06.09.2021. My son/daughter is in good health. I am fully aware

of Covid-19 Pandemic and also fully aware of the precautionary measures to be taken

while sending my son/ daughter to the school. I will follow all the instructions given

by the Principal regarding Covid-19 Pandemic.

We are happy to inform you that physical classes for Grades 9 to 12 will be
started from 6th September 2021 (Monday), following all the Standard Operating
Procedures (SOP) given by the Tamil Nadu Govt. In this regard, we seek your support
& co-operation in educating our students to follow the below given guidelines strictly.
1. Students can come in proper civil dress without flouting the norms of decency
and decorum.
* Dress Code- For GIRLS: Chudidhar with dupatta Compulsory.
* For BOYS: Pant and Shirt (T.Shirt Not allowed, Torned & Faded Jeans
Pant Not Allowed).
2. Double Face Mask and Usage of Sanitizer is compulsory inside the School
Campus.
3. Kindly send the duly filled Parent’s CONSENT LETTER ATTACHED
herewith & submit it on 6th September 2021, Monday to the Class Teacher in
person. Without the Parent’s consent letter, student will not be permitted inside
the classroom.
4. Students should sit in the earmarked place in their class rooms only & follow
Social Distancing protocol inside the classroom and in the campus.
5. Students having symptoms of cold/fever should not come to school till they
completely recover. Such students should produce medical fitness certificate on
rejoining the school.
6. Students should bring the following daily:
(a) Own snacks & lunch, (b) Extra 2 Spare face masks,
(c) 1 Hand sanitizer (d) Warm water bottle
(e) Books, Notebooks etc.,
* Sharing of personal items is strictly prohibited.
7. Students should follow all the guidelines given by the School and the Class
Teachers from time to time.
8. Non compliance of the above guidelines by students will be viewed seriously.
9. Students residing in containment zones are strictly not allowed.
10. Parents are requested to pay the 2nd term fee immediately.
11. School Timings : 8.30am to 3.30pm.
12. Parents must Drop & Pick-up the Students on time. (Own Transport).
