Important Information

Dear Parents,

We welcome our students to the academic session 2023-2024. Please make note of the following:
1. The school will reopen from Monday, 28th August 2023.
2. School timing are as follows:
Grade 7: School starts: 8:00 AM Hometime (Mon-Thu) 01:35PM
(Friday 12:00 noon)
Grade 8: School starts: 8:00 AM Hometime (Mon-Thu) 01:35PM
(Friday 12:00 noon)
3. Students are required to come to school in proper summer uniform from 28th August 2023.
● blue checked shirt
● blue trousers
● white socks
● black shoes
● Sports Uniform, with white socks and white shoes, is to be worn only on the days
when Games Lesson is scheduled (kindly refer to the class timetable).
4. Ensure your son’s proper hygiene every day. Students must shower before coming to school
and uniforms must be washed and ironed daily. Nails and hair should be trimmed.
5. School gates will close at 7:55 AM. Please ensure your son reaches school on time to avoid
any inconvenience.
6. Smart watches, phones and branded shoes are not allowed in the school.
7. All items which are not allowed in school will be confiscated and returned only to the parents.
8. During pick and drop from school, please ensure politeness and courtesy with the
custodians/guards at the gate.
9. Requests for section change are discouraged.
10. Please read the Discipline Code of Conduct that has been shared in the Whatsapp groups.
Encourage your child to follow the rules and policies mentioned.
11. If your child requires a leave, application forms need to be filled out by the parents and
submitted to the school office. These are being sent to the whatsapp groups and will be
available at the front office as well. No applications will be accepted on loose sheets of paper.
12. In case of any queries, please do not hesitate to contact the school office anytime from 8 AM
to 2 PM. Personal calls to teachers during and after school hours are strongly
