    1. The timetable for Grade 4D for the month of April is provided. School timings are from 7:30am to 2:00pm with arrival between 7:15am and 7:30am. Students arriving after 7:30am will receive a late mark. 2. There are two breaks - a short breakfast break and a long lunch break. Tiffins cannot be dropped at the school gate and students must bring their own water bottle and tiffin box. Junk food is only allowed on Fridays and non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited. 3.     Grade 4D

    Dear Parents,

    Kindly find the Timetable for Grade- 4D (Applicable for the month of April)

    School Timings – 7.30am – 2.00pm. Arrival will happen between 7.15am – 7.30am any student arriving after
    7.30am will be getting a late mark in the school diary. After 3 late marks the child will be sent home.
    1. There will be two breaks –
    ● Short Break for breakfast
    ● Long Break for lunch
    Note Kindly refer to the timetable to know the timings of the same. Tiffin cannot be dropped at the school
    gate. Students must carry their own water bottle and tiffin box.
    Junk food is allowed only on Friday. Non vegetarian food is strictly not allowed to be brought in tiffin.
    2. Students should get books as per the time table to ensure that the bag weight is within permissible limits.
    3. Wednesday – No Books Day. Weekly Test will be conducted on every Wednesday 3rd period.
    4. Notebooks and textbooks are to be brought as per the timetable. There will be a random weight check of the
    students’ bags so adhere to this strictly. No extra material or fancy stationery to be carried. The kits are kept
    in the school with proper labelling. 4 sharpened pencils are to be sent every day. NO sharpener, eraser, or
    scale is allowed. Avoid sending a metallic bottle or compass for safety reasons.
    5. All text books and note books must be labelled before sending them to school. Please ensure that the label
    includes the NAME of the child, GRADE, DIVISION and the SUBJECT.
    6. All information will be sent to the parents through the school portal via circular. No personal calls or
    messages will be accepted by the teachers. Please refrain.
    7. Time table will be visible on the portal as per the grade and division assigned to your child.
