Dear Parents
Greetings!
Kindly note the following points for smooth arrival and dispersal of our
students from tomorrow onwards.

1. Kindergarten arrival time -8:10AM - 8:20AM. Gate will close at 8:30AM

2. New admissions: For students availing the bus facility, incase a child has
not been added in a bus route group, or is not picked by the bus by
mistake, should be dropped at 8:30AM at the school reception by the
parent.

3. For walkers: Drop the students at Gate No.-1

4. Walker Dispersal - Dispersal will be from the respective Class rooms

Time : 12:00- 12:10 pm
After 12:10 - pls pick your ward from Ground floor, room no JW001.
5. Bus dispersal Will be at 12:30 pm
6. Gate number 1 will be used for parents to enter and exit at the time of
dispersal.
7. Kindly encourage car pool.
8. Please ensure escort cards are brought every day to pick up students.
9. Escort Card stamping will be done in the morning and in afternoon near
Gate 1.
10.Also, please be patient for the first two days as the routines will take
some time to settle. The final timings and routines will be shared by
Saturday, 08 April 2023.
