Re: Reminders; Students Pick-Up, Drop-Off and Transport Flow

“Safety of the school students is our utmost priority”: Our security staff/ school personnel are
monitoring the traffic flow daily. Please listen to them and do not get into any argument. We need to
ensure that we co-operate with them and interact with them with a respectful attitude, after all the
intention behind all this is your child’s safety.

Dear Parents,
Please be informed of the following updated dismissal schedule for all levels effective started on Monday, 25 July
2022:

The school has come up with the following guidelines for our students pick up, drop and traffic rules.
Parents who Pick up and drop their kids personally to school or via private transport need to abide by the
following rules:
1. We have allotted 2 parking area in front of the school lobby; if this parking area is full kindly find your
way to park at the back (nearby Stella Gracia School’s Building)
2. Strictly avoid waiting at the lane entrance with your vehicles as it causes a chaotic situation and later
becomes uncontrollable.
3. Pickup and drop “Do’s and Don’ts
a. School timings as informed above – Parents to drop their child at allotted times, and leave the
premises. Similarly, to avoid crowd and maintain the flow of traffic parents will not be allowed to
receive their child and enter the waiting area before the allotted times above.
b. If a parent has an appointment, He/ She will be escorted to the office by the security and then it
can be informed to the Front Office who can further help in meeting the teacher.
c. If a child has to be picked up in between school hours, in case of emergency etc. at home, a parent
can approach front office and get the needed help for further escalating the matter.
d. If the child has to be delivered with snack boxes, extra clothes etc. submit the same labeled to the
front office. It will be routed further through them.
e. Avoid calling teachers/ staff directly on their mobile numbers. Use the school WhatsApp or
Software as a mode of communication or mail the staff/ call school office to give messages.
f. Student Pick up cards is again compulsory to receive your children from the school. Permission
slip is not a very convenient option to be used on a regular basis.
g. If your child is going to be picked up by some other parent/ person, kindly inform in advance or
send a note along with an identity card with the visitor without which your ward will not be sent
home.
h. A Queue stand will be put across in the waiting area please stand on the assigned spot and
present your pick-up card to the teacher.
i. A genuine request to parents: After picking up your child, kindly leave the premises as soon as
possible.

Kindly Cooperate and help us function better to work towards your child’s safety.

Re: Pengingat; Tata Cara pengantaran, Penjemputan dan alur transportasi di lingkungan sekolah.

“Keselamatan bagi seluruh siswa-siswi Apple Tree Pre-School Palu adalah prioritas utama kami”: Staff
keamanan sekolah selalu memonitor perkembangan jalur kendaraan setiap harinya. Mohon perhatian
dan kerjasamanya untuk mengikuti dan mematuhi arahan dari staff kami demi keselamatan dan
keamanan seluruh anak anak anda.

Kepada seluruh orangtua/wali murid kami yang kami hargai,

Berikut adalah informasi terbaru jam belajar dan pulang bagi seluruh siswa siswi kami yang akan mulai
dilaksanakan per hari Senin, 25 Juli 2022.

Untuk itu, sekolah telah menetapkan prosedur pengantaran, penjemputan serta alur kendaraan di lingkungan
sekolah. Seluruh orang tua wajib mengikuti prosedur berikut ini:
1. Tersedia dua area parkir; yang pertama berada di depan sekolah dan juga berada dibelakang sekolah
(area Gedung Sekolah Stella Gracia) staff keamanan kami akan mengarahkan apabila area parkir depan
sekolah telah terisi.
2. Kendaraan anda tidak diperbolehkan untuk menunggu di jalur depan loby sekolah karena akan
menimbulkan situasi macet dan pada akhirnya tidak dapat dikendalikan.
3. Pada saat Pengantaran dan Penjemputan:
a. Mohon untuk mengikuti jadwal yang tertera diatas. Orang tua wajib mengantar dan menjemput anak
sesuai dengan jadwal tersebut. Tidak diperbolehkan untuk menunggu di baris yang kami sediakan di
tempat tunggu penjemputan apabila jadwal kelas anak anda belum selesai.
b. Apabila orang tua ingin bertemu dengan guru atau staff kami, mohon untuk menghubungi staff admin
kami sebelumnya.
c. Apabila anak harus dijemput ditengah jam pelajaran karena situasi tertentu (mendadak, sakit, dsbg)
orang tua wajib menginformasikan pihak sekolah begitupun sebaliknya.
d. Apabila orang tua mengantar sesuatu; makanan, pakaian, hadiah ulang tahun dll, mohon untuk
mengantarnya diluar jam pengantaran atau penjemputan serta melabel/memberi tanda/nama anak
anda pada item tersebut.
e. Mohon untuk tidak menghubungi guru atau staff kami secara pribadi melalui telepon atau social
media. Silahkan menghubungi nomor sekolah yang ada melalui admin kami.
f. Kartu Penjemputan/Pick-Up Card adalah elemen penting dalam proses antar jemput anak. Orang tua
wajib untuk mengembalikan kartu tersebut pada saat penjemputan setiap harinya.
g. Apabila anda tidak dapat menjemput anak anda dan menyuruh orang lain/saudara atau siapapun,
mohon untuk menginformasikan kepada guru/staff admin kami, menyediakan catatan serta kartu
pengenal kepada guru/staff kami.
h. Mohon untuk berdiri dan menunggu pada penanda antrian menunggu yang telah tersedia di area
tunggu pada saat penjemputan.
i. Dengan sangat kami memohon agar orangtua dapat langsung meninggalkan area sekolah setelah
menjemput anak anda.

Mohon Kerjasamanya dan bantulah kami dalam memastikan keselamatan seluruh siswa siswi di sekolah Apple
Tree Pre-School Palu tetap menjadi prioritas utama kita Bersama.
