Guidelines for international crews during the Community Activities
Restrictions Enforcement (PPKM) of Covid-19 Pandemic

Indonesian crew members sign on to the ship: required to take the RT-
1 PCR test, not required to show a COVID-19 vaccination certificate
SIGN ON CREW Foreign crew members signed on to the ship are required to:
IN INDONESIA a. Show a complete dose of COVID vaccination certificate on arrival in
2 an Indonesian ports;
b. RT-PCR test on the first day of arrival, 8x24 hour quarantine, and
the second RT-PCR test on the seventh day of quarantine.
Indonesian and foreign crew members who sign off are required to take
3 the first RT-PCR test, 8x24 hour quarantine and the second RT-PCR
test on the 7th day of quarantine
SIGN OFF CREW 4 a. Negative second RT-PCR test: continue the journey;
IN INDONESIA b. Positive second RT-PCR test: hospitalization

country of origin no need to show COVID-19 certificate

obtaining permission from the Covid-19 National Task Force. Health Handling
Protocol, and the Port Health Office Medical Team can handle medical
emergencies with the availability of adequate medical facilities and equipment
and or immediately be referred to a hospital.
