Classes VI to XII
Dear Parents
Discipline is an important aspect of everyday life and it is our responsibility to instill the same in our
children. It is important for parents and school to speak the same language and adhere to all our rules.
To ensure good discipline practices, we are reiterating certain school rules below. We solicit your
cooperation for the same.

1. Arrival time -The school gates will remain open only 10 minutes before and 05 minutes after the
scheduled arrival time of students. For e.g. if the arrival time is 7:15 am, the school gates will open
at 7:05 am and shut at 7:20 am. Students who arrive before 7:05 am will have to wait outside.
Students who arrive later than 7:20 am will be sent back home.

2. Departure time – Students should be picked up within 10 minutes of the departure time, failing
which the child will be issued a yellow flag. We request parents to vacate the premises soon after
picking up their child.

3. Punctuality during school events - The school gates will be closed exactly at the time mentioned in
the circular. Parents coming late will get a yellow flag for the child in the school diary. No
exceptions to the rule will be entertained. We understand that some time emergencies may happen
causing delays. Therefore, we are allowing parents to enter the campus even though they are late.
However, the yellow flag is unavoidable no matter the emergency. Please don’t request for
exceptions.

4. Parking- We have given constant reminders through circulars and installed CCTV cameras to
ensure good parking practices. We expect parents to adhere to good parking practices. Your
cooperation will ensure smooth flow of traffic during arrival and departure times. Kindly avoid
double lane parking.

5. Early pick up is only allowed during emergencies. If the child has license/passport/Aadhar/doctor’s
appointment, parent should avoid sending child to school on that day.

6. If the child has forgotten any items like tiffin/water bottle/books etc, we do not take them at the
reception/front office/gate.

7. It is critical that the school knows about any chronic medical problems (for example: allergies,
asthma, diabetes, seizure). Parents should work with the Team Leader to develop a specific plan
that addresses any health care needs while at school. The sick room incharge will keep a check of
these medicines. These children will be given an ID card with a special lanyard, which they must
wear daily to school. This will help us to quickly identify and treat accordingly.

8. Our School offers ample parking space for two wheelers, which include space for bicycles as
well as motorized two wheelers. The school provides parking space for all the students who
possess valid license for motorized two wheelers. The children should procure stickers at the
start of every new academic year from their section team leader after showing their license.
Only the vehicles with stickers pasted will be allowed inside the school campus. The school
does not bear any kind of responsibility for the vehicles parked outside illegally. The school
will provide parking inside the campus for all students who come on bicycles; however no
stickers are required for the same.
9. The school believes that one–on–one open communication is essential to address concerns. Each
parent and child of the school is important to us. You are most welcome to come and discuss
individual concerns of your child with the school authority.

Please read the school diary which will help you to understand the school rules and
regulations and help us all in smooth functioning. We hope you will cooperate in our
endeavor to instill discipline in our children by being good role models.
