Subject: Reinforcement of important School rules

Dear Parents and Students,

We hope this letter finds you well. We would like to take a moment to express our gratitude for your
support and entrusting us with the important task of educating your children. As we strive to provide the
best learning experience possible, we kindly request your attention to a few important rules that the
school upholds...

We would like to inform you of an important update regarding the use of mobile devices within the school
premises. After careful consideration and in response to ongoing challenges, the school has decided
implement a policy prohibiting the use of mobile phones during school hours.
We understand that technological advancements have become an integral part of our daily lives, but the
pervasive use of mobile phones has posed a significant distraction to the learning environment. Students
accessing their phones during class time not only disrupt their own focus but also divert the attention of
their peers and teachers.
Furthermore, parental interference through instant messaging during school hours has become a
concern. We believe that uninterrupted classroom time is crucial for students' concentration and
academic progress. It is essential for students to engage in face-to-face interactions, participate actively,
and fully immerse themselves in their educational experience.
Beginning immediately, all students are required to REFRAIN FROM BRINGING MOBILE PHONES TO
SCHOOL. If any student is found in possession of a mobile phone, it will be confiscated until the end of
the academic year. We kindly request your full cooperation in supporting this policy, as it will benefit
both the individual student's learning experience and the overall classroom environment.
We understand that you may have concerns regarding emergencies or communication needs. Rest
assured, the school has multiple channels in place to facilitate communication between parents and
students in case of an urgent situation. The school office will be available to relay important messages or
handle any special situations that may arise during the school day.

Also ,we would like to take a moment to reiterate the general rules that the school has in place. We
kindly request your assistance in reminding your children about these rules and ensuring their
adherence to them.
1- Dress Code: It is important that all students wear the school uniform and jacket as specified by the
school guidelines.

2- Hair and Grooming Standards: For boys, it is essential that they maintain neatly trimmed hair and
be clean-shaven. Girls should have their hair tied back .
3-Hair Dye: As per the school policy, students are not permitted to dye their hair.

4-Jewelry and Accessories: Girls should wear a single earring or a stud while at school. Additionally,
we kindly remind you that the use of nail polish or acrylic is not allowed. Moreover, girls are expected to
keep their nails at a reasonable length, promoting hygiene.
5-Footwear: To maintain professionalism and uniformity, students are requested to wear black shoes as
part of their school attire.
6-Punctuality: It is crucial that students arrive on time and enter their classrooms punctually. This
enhances the learning experience for all students and minimizes disruptions during teaching sessions.
Visiting Other Classes: We kindly request that students refrain from visiting friends in other classes
during instructional time. This ensures that there are no unnecessary disturbances.

Students who deviates from these guidelines, the school will take appropriate action to ensure the
welfare and well-being of all students
