The following points in this regard need your kind attention:

• New academic session 2023

2023-2024 will commence w.e.f. Monday, 03 April 2023.
• The school timing is from 07:30 a.m. to 02:00 p.m.
• The date of joining for newly admitted students is Wednesday, 05 April 2023.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

STUDENTS COMMUTING BY SCHOOL TRANSPORT

• Children commuting by school bus will travel by DW routes in the morning and afternoon.
Please check the bus route and bus stop from the school website. B Buses

2:00 p.m. for the return route. Parents are requested to reach on time at the respective bus
stop of their ward

will be handed over without proper verification.
• The tentative bus pick up time in the morning, at each bus stop has been uploaded on the
school website for your reference.

FOR NEWLY ADMITTED STUDENTS ONLY

• On the first day of school i.e. Wednesday, 05 April 2023, kindly travel with your ward in the
school bus during afternoon to ascertain the pickup and drop point.

• Children travelling under own arrangements must reach school before 07:30 a.m. in the
morning. Entry of children will be from Gate Number 2. The gate will open at 07:15 a.m.

PARENT’S I-CARD, PICK UP PASSES AND TEMPORARY I-CARD

• Parent’s I-Cards, Pick up Passes and Temporary I-card (as applicable) will be provided in the
school.
• In the beginning of the new academic session, the students will continue to wear their
old RFID cards till new RFID cards are issued. Details regarding the subsequent change
of stickers etc. will be informed separately.
• New students must wear a make shift I-Card from home. The I-Card should clearly state the
name, class, section, contact details of the parents, mode of commuting and DW route of the
child (if applicable). Format for the same is appended below:

• Parents must bring a proof of identity to school when they come to pick up their ward till such
time the school seal is affixed on the above-mentioned passes.

REPORT CARDS / NEWSLETTER / CIRCULARS/ TIMETABLE

• Report Cards for the academic session 2022-2023 will be given on Monday, 03 April 2023.
Children will report to their previous session (2022-2023) classrooms. Class teachers will
escort them to the new classes.
 • Class timetable, newsletter and other detailed circulars will be given to the children on the
same day, once they move on to their new classrooms.
• Children must carry their rough notebook, pencil box, lunch box and water bottle to school.
They will also get a separate schedule of notebooks, textbooks and assignment booklets to be
carried to school thereafter.

KINDLY NOTE:

• The students must come dressed in proper school summer uniform to school every day.

• Children must carry sufficient food, snacks and water for the day to school. If a child wishes to
visit the canteen he/she should not be carrying more than 50/-.(Canteen visit is permitted only
on Friday for classes III to V).
