ACADEMIC SESSION 2023-24


Dear Parents / Guardians (Std. V to IX & XI),
This is for your kind information that the Parent-Teacher Meeting with Distribution of Report Card will be conducted
on Saturday, 23rd March, 2024 in their respective classrooms according to the information given below:
Day Shift

1 to 30 09:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
31 and above 12:00 p.m. – 02:00 p.m.
Kindly be punctual for the meeting to help you better. Your ward should accompany you on the day and be in full
regular school uniform with ID Card.
Please note that the Report card will not be issued to the Fee defaulters for the month of March 2024.
Parents who have paid the fees online, are requested to show the valid document of online payment
at the School Fee Counter if required.
If any parents / guardians are not able to come to collect the Report Cards of their wards can send an acquaintance
along with their ward’s ID proof (I Card / Bus Card/ Fee receipt of last month) and a letter of authorization. Without
which no Report Cards will be shown or issued.

Please note that the Book distribution for Std. V to X (Academic Session 2024-25) will be on Thursday, 28th March
2024 from 08:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m.

Please note the following points for the Book Distribution Day:
 You are requested to check first the Name List put up on the Notice Board for your ward’s Class, Section & Roll
Number. To maintain the number of students in all the classes, the section of some students has been changed.
 After which you are requested to move to the Transport Registration Counter for your ward’s registration for
transport.
 While registering the transport please note your ward’s Bus Number & Bus stoppage timing. Please be
punctual at your stoppage on all the school days.
 After the Transport Registration, you are requested to proceed to the Book Counter and show the filled in
Transport Slip to collect your ward’s Book Set for the new Academic Session (2024 – 2025).
 School’s Tie, Belt and Monogram (mandatory for the new students and for old students, if required) can be
collected from the General Counter (Record Room) on that very day.

General Information:
 The New Academic Session 2024 – 2025 will commence on Wednesday, 3rd April 2024 for classes Nursery,
L.K.G. & U.K.G. only.
 The New Academic Session 2024 – 2025 will commence on Thursday, 4th April 2024 for Std. I and above.
 Please do not forget to put the bus badge on your ward’s shirt everyday while coming to school. In case, if you
do not have the bus badge, please write the bus number on the collar of your ward’s shirt.
 School timing for Std. V to XII – 09:50 a.m. to 04:10 p.m.
 Timetable for all classes from Std. V to XII will be sent in the Skooltree App before the school begins.
 Fees for the Month of April along with the Annual Fee of Rs. 2000 will be paid from 1st April, 2024 (Online
through SBI Collect - https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm) or 3rd April, 2024 (Offline) to
20th April, 2024.
