CIRCULAR TO PARENTS ( KG I TO GRADE XI)

Sub: Books for the Academic Session 2024-25
Dear Parent

Greetings from NMS Family!

We express our heartfelt gratitude to you for your continued support at all times.

This is regarding the arrangement of books, assignment booklets, ID Card, Almanac & Learning Kits for
the academic session 2024-25. We request you to please note the following:

1) As every year the school will arrange for the Worksheet Booklets, Learning Kits (KG to VIII
only), Almanac & ID card for all the students. The amount for the same will be collected later.
2) For the Textbooks / Reference Books, parents may use any of the following two options:
a) Purchasing books through school Book Store, where it will be available in the last week of
March 2024.
b) Arranging the books themselves (the booklist is given for your reference).

To avoid wastage of paper and conserve our natural resources, option (2a) will be available only on
pre-order basis. Since it is difficult to calculate the exact amount, particularly due to the publishers
and the supplier indicating 10% to 20% increase in the cost, you may place the order for the books
by paying the following initial amount.

1) For KG I to Grade VIII – BD 30.000

2) For Grades IX to XII -- BD 20.000

The exact amount, inclusive of the assignment booklets, ID Card, Almanac & Learning Kits
along with the balance amount for textbooks to be paid, will be informed grade wise after
the consignment is received in March 2024.

The parents who are willing to go with option (2a) are requested to deposit the required
amount latest by 4th January,2024 by using any of the following options given below.
1) BFC Pay App (which can be downloaded from the Play Store) - 21st December, 2023
to 4th January,2024.
2) By visiting any of the BFC Exchange (21st December,2023 to 4th January,2024).
3) At the school fee counter (21st December,2023, 2nd January, 2024 to 4th January,2024).

We request you to please follow the deadline and note that no amount shall be accepted
either through BFC or at the school fee counter after 4th January,2024.

Kindly make the payment before filling the goggle form through the link given below and mention the
payment reference in the form by filling the school book payment receipt No. or the BFC payment receipt
No. before final submission of the goggle form latest by 4th January,2024.
