Seasons’ Greetings from Velammal

We are happy to let you know that the schools are ready to receive your children
for further learning in the academic year 2021-22. The date of commencement of
the academic year 2021-22 will soon be shared with you.

We also share with you the need for you to confirm the continuance of your child in the
school for the said academic year by remitting the 1 st instalment of school fee on or
before 5th of April 2021 and or the books and stationary fee on or before 15 th of March
2021. It is also informed that the uniform fee is not included in the books and stationary
fee.

The colour and pattern of the uniform will remain the same as of 2019-20. Parents may
use the uniform with them for their children for the year 2021- 22. However, the colour
and pattern will be shared with the parents so that they may make new ones if they so
desire. Those parents, who have remitted the uniform fee for the academic year
2020-21 and had not adjusted the same with the subsequent remittance of fees will
be issued with the material for the uniform on a date that will be shared in time.

The need to indicate the continuance of your child in school arises from the need by the
affiliating board to file the number of students on roll in every class for their data base
called the “OASIS” in the beginning of every year.

Please be informed, that the option for remitting fees online is available on the school
web site.

An easy pay option for payment of fee is also available to the parents of
Velammal group of schools. Parents interested may get in touch with the school office.
