Dear Madams,

This is subsequent a group of parents who met you in the school on 13 Mar 2021 and gave a letter,
would like to bring to your notice one more time on our concerns pertaining to the school fee.

As you are no doubt aware, the Court Interim Order dated 18.11.2020, had ruled that for the Academic
Year 2020-2021, due to the severe effect of the Pandemic created by the Corona Virus COVID-19, all
Schools were to collect only 75% of the annual tuition fees.

However, against this ruling, BVM Global had compelled the Parents of your school children to pay 100%
of the annual tuition fees as there was no provision or enablement to make the 75% through Online
payment portal (MCB). Multiple requests were made by Several parents to enable for payment of the
reduced fee were grossly ignored by the school. This is unfair and is certainly viewed as a serious breach
and willful violation of Court Orders.

Moreover, you will agree that during the academic year 2020-2021, the School has saved huge expenses
on electricity overheads, maintenance of capital equipment (a/c units, pumps, motors, and other
electro-mechanical equipment), water supply and drinking water. These can be evidenced and
substantiated.

Therefore, we request you to consider the following favorably:

1. Fix the tuition fees for the academic year 2020-2021 at 75% of the fees as per interim Court
order. Those who have paid 100% already, kindly adjust the amount in the academic year
2021-22. If court passes further order, you can notify the parents accordingly

I hope to get a positive response from you that will include all the above points on or before 23 rd March
2021 and send a communication to all the parents to the registered mail IDs and can also publish in the
MCB announcements.
