Dear Parent,
Greetings from Sunshine!
At the very outset, we would like to convey our humble gratitude to all parents for your
invaluable support and cooperation throughout the year. As all examinations are going to
get over soon. We wish our students an enriching and deserving break for a few weeks.
Though the results will be declared a little late, we will be giving provisional admission
based on their marks in Term I exam and all internal examinations. We are planning to
have pre-sessions for Class XI (Academic Year 2022-23) from the third week of June.
Please note the important dates

Books and Notebooks will be given on the reopening day to the students directly. Send a
receipt of payment of school fee through your child on the reopening day.
Uniform distribution date will be intimated later.

Our Trackidon web portal is now equipped with payment gateway for convenience of the
parents to pay school fees. You can access the same by clicking the link given below

Login using your credentials -Username (Registered Mobile Number) & Password (your
own password)
Please follow the below instructions for online fee payment using our new web payment
portal.
o Once logged into the Dashboard, please select “Communication” Menu from the
Menu Tab.
o Under “Communication” Menu, please choose “Fee Details” sub-menu title.
o In the Fee Details page, if you have more than one child studying in Sunshine,
please select the respective Child by clicking on the name from the right side pane
of the Fee Details page.
o Once the respective Child is selected, Fees corresponding to the child will be
available in the page. Click on the “Unpaid” option against the respective Fee
options (Yearly or Term) you would like to pay.
o Once clicked on Unpaid, payment selection and confirmation page will be
displayed, where you can ‘Check’ or ‘Uncheck’ Fees(Only in case of paying
single term) to be added to the Paylist.
o Confirm that the SubTotal of the Paylist is the amount you would like to pay and
click “Pay Online”.
o Once clicked, you will be redirected to the Payment Gateway.
o In that page, update your information (address and contact), then choose the
payment type for payment. Please check the respective surcharges for individual
payment type in the top-right corner of the page, before clicking on Make
Payment.
o Once the payment has been successful, you will be redirected to our portal with
confirmation of Fee Payment Successful.
o Click on the “Paid” option against the Fees you just paid to access the receipt.
Click on the Receipt No to “view / download”.
o The same facility is available in our Trackidon App. Click the “Fee” tab and
pay the fee. Kindly update the App before proceeding. For any queries or
