 Registration/Admission fee once paid is Non-Refundable.
 The tuition fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted for whatsoever reason, once the academic year
commences.
 Once the child completes UKG and is promoted to Class 1, the readmission fee and procedure will be
applicable as per the curriculum.
 Transportation Fee is to be paid separately and is optional for parents who want to avail school bus facility.
Transportation charges are based on the distance and the same should be paid along with term fee. Details
with regard to transport route and pick up points will be shared before reopening of school, by the concerned
department.
 Uniform and Books fee is not included in Tuition fee. These details will be shared closer to reopening of the
school.
 Annual Events & Professional program charges will be charged additionally (as applicable).
 Hot and wholesome breakfast and lunch is served at our campus at no additional cost. The weekly menu is
decided based on nutritional requirement for children. Menu is shared with parents by the end of the week.

We hereby declare that we have read and understood the above mentioned points and understand that no part
of this fee will be refundable. We give our consent to go ahead with the admission of our child.

1. Payment can be made in cash, DD or via online transfer. The DD must be in favour of “Vishwa
Vidyapeeth”.
2. In case of Online Transfer, the NEFT/IMPS details should be shared with school on
admissions@vishwavidyapeeth.edu.in. Fee receipt will not be raised if the transaction details are not
shared.
