I am very happy to warmly welcome every student and parent to the RK University family.
Together we will work to ensure that students have a bright and secure future.

The University will start the new semester with the best possible approach to protect the education
of the students.

My appeal to every parent is to get the mobile number of their class coordinator so that you can
get information about your son / daughter's studies through regular contact.

A circular is attached to this email to pay tuition / university & exam fees.

As the term has started, each student has to deposit his tuition fee and University & examination
fee simultaneously in the account section within the stipulated time limit i.e. By Date: 12.07.2023
If any student wants to deposit the fee online in the university account, after depositing the fee in
the university account, send a copy of the bank receipt of the fee payment through Google form
(Link for the same is mentioned in the fee circular) so that we can take note of the fee payment.

1st Sem. BCA

1. Student has to pay fees as per fee circular of the respective program within the timelines
mentioned in the circular. Student with request for late fees has to approach Director of the
concerned school with reasons mentioned in the late fee application.
2. The late fee request application is to be made 3 days prior to the end of fee payment time given
in the circular.
3. Student has to submit post dated cheques if the application is approved by the Director and the
date approved. The approved application along with post dated cheques is to be submitted to
Rashmibhai Bhadesiya in admission cell. The approved application alongwith post dated
cheques is to be submitted to Rashmibhai within the fee payment timelines mentioned in the
circular.
4. Students paying fees online has to upload proof of payment through Google form link within
one week of online fee payment. Finance department will try to clear all google form uploads
within one week of upload and fee receipt will get generated. Fee receipt is required for
eligibility to CIE1. Fees paid late through online mode or direct deposit to bank is subject to late
fee penalty and student has to pay penalty in finance department to get fee entry posted to ERP
and to generate fee receipt.
5. Fee receipt is compulsory to appear in the CIE1 exams (no other proof is valid for eligibility).
6. Penalty for late fee payment:
a) Rs. 200 for fees paid within one week from last date of fee payment.
b) Rs. 400 for fees paid during second week from last date of fee payment.
c) Rs. 1000 for fees paid after two weeks from last date of fee payment.
Student with fees unpaid till CIE1 can be provisionally detained as per University norms.
