Information and link regarding the academic fees are available on UMS: UMS Navigation  Finance
Management System  Fee Dashboard  Statement of accounts.

1. We accept payment only in two options as given below:

a. ONLINE MODE: -

www.lpu.in/frmloginaccounts.aspx OR

b. DEMAND DRAFT:

For Fee and other charges / Residential / Mess / Laundry: DD should be in favor of:

(i) LOVELY FACULTY OF TECHNOLOGY & SCIENCES

(ii) LOVELY FACULTY OF BUSSINESS & ARTS
(iii) LOVELY FACULTY OF APPLIED MEDICAL SCIENCES
PAYABLE at JALANDHAR

2. FEE NOT TO BE TRANSFERRED THROUGH: NEFT/ RTGS/ ATM or Direct Cash/

Cheque should NOT be deposited in any of the university bank account or any other way which
is not mentioned by University and he/she will fall in the category of nonpayment of fee.

3. FEE DEPOSIT and RECEIPT REFLECTION:

a. It will be the responsibility of the student to ensure that the fee has been paid by Due date, deposited
in the relevant fee account & fee receipt should be reflected in the student’s fee account.

b. The student should check that the fee is deposited and reflected in the student fee account on UMS.
If a student's fee account on UMS is not updated within 3 working days from the date of fee deposit,
he/she should fill/submit information at link as mentioned: UMS Navigation Finance
Management System (FMS)  Fee Dashboard  Confirmation of Fee Deposited and ensure
further that the fee is deposited and reflected in his fee account.
4. NON-PAYMENT / NON-REFLECTION OF FEE in relevant fee account will lead
to shortage of Attendance, academic loss and other consequential losses: -

a. In case of NON payment / Non-Reflection of fee receipt the student will not be registered for
upcoming term and not be allowed to attend the classes and the attendance will remain blocked till
the fees is cleared leading to shortage of Attendance, academic loss and other consequential losses.

b. Even after depositing the fee with late fee/penalty, he /she will not be given any claim for attendance/
academic loss or any other consequential losses, at any stage.
5. For students availing Education Loan/ State level scholarship scheme
1) Education loan through Banks:

a) In case of educational loan through bank, students are advised to upload the Annexure II duly
stamped and signed by the competent bank authority on or before 30.11.2023 for the
consideration. The UMS pathway to download and upload the Annexure II is UMS
Navigation  FMS  Fee Dashboard  Download/upload Annexure II.
b) Failure to upload the Annexure II before the deadline or payment delayed by bank end will
be considered as equivalent to non-payment of fee and shall be liable for late fee as detailed
above.

2) Bihar Credit Card Scheme

a) In case of Bihar Students Credit Card Scheme, students have to deposit the student part of the
fee in the university account which is not be received from Bihar Govt. as per the fee deposit
due date published by the university i.e., 31-12-2023. The students will not be allowed to attend
the classes if they fail to deposit the student part of the fee and the late fee will also be charged
as per the university policy.
b) Moreover, students must submit the latest Disbursement Details downloaded from Bihar Govt.
portal along with the Subsequent Payment Applied Proof on or before 15-12-2023 at Building
No. 32, Room No. 102, Window No. 4 on any working day. Failure to submit the document
before the deadline will considered as equivalent to non-payment of fee and shall be liable for
late fee as detailed above and not be allowed to attend the classes and the attendance will remain
blocked till the fees is cleared leading to shortage of Attendance, academic loss and other
consequential losses.
