Application and Registration Fees

All applications are required to be submitted together with the Application Fee. An Application Fee is
required for each enrolment cycle and is not refundable even if a place is not provided to the student.
Once the Application fee has been paid and all application materials are submitted, the application
review process commences. The Registration fee is payable once, and is invoiced on acceptance of an
enrolment offer to reserve the place or to be added to the waitlist pool. The registration fee is not
refundable.

Enrolment Fees
Tuition
Single Semester Enrolment is an option only for Early Years and the tuition fees are calculated on half the
annual tuition fee for the relevant grade, plus 10%. All other Learning Neighborhoods require a one-year
(two semester) commitment, up to Grade 10. The Diploma Program requires a two year commitment
(Grades 11 and 12). For new families paying by semester, a loading of 20% is added to the first semester
payment and is then credited to the second semester tuition payment. For all families paying by
semester, the tuition fee is 7.5% higher for the entire year. Paying by semester does not mean that
enrolment is by single semester and fees are not prorated for time out of school during enrolment.

 Miscellaneous Fees
Every Green School Bali family plays a role in supporting a new generation of Indonesian changemakers,
by contributing to the Local Scholar Program. The mandatory level applies to each Green School family
(not per child), and is payable annually. Our vibrant parent community is supported by the Green School
Parent Association (GSPA) along with The Bridge (the School’s parent co-working, co-creation and
co-learning space). This mandatory payment entitles up to two parents membership for The Bridge.

Refundable Deposit
Green School Bali holds the Refundable Deposit for the duration of the student’s enrolment. When the
student leaves Green School Bali, the Deposit is refundable in accordance with the School’s withdrawal
deadlines and refunds policies subject to any outstanding payments owed and shall be without
interest and without taking into account fluctuations in exchange rates.

Additional Student Support

When a student presents with a level of support required to meet the standard of an ISP (Individual
Student Plan) as defined by the School, the School may charge for the time and support it takes to
manage that ISP and provide that support. Support needs can change and it is important to note that
support service charges may need to be adjusted (up or down) over time.

FEE PAYMENT OPTIONS

All payments must be made in Indonesian Rupiah in the form of bank transfer, local cheque, and cash.

Bank Transfer ● Please ensure that you email us your payment advice to accounts@greenschool.org.
● Please note that any bank charges, including those in a foreign country, are to be
borne by the remitter.
● Any difference between the amount received and the amount due will be
debited/credited against tuition fees invoices.
● Official receipts will be issued via email upon receiving the transfer.

Signing the Terms and Conditions Agreement is a legally binding contract for an academic
