Required Age for admission:


LKG : Age – 3 ½ to 4 ½ years III : Age – 7 ½ to 8 ½ years
UKG : Age – 4 ½ to 5 ½ years IV : Age – 8 ½ to 9 ½ years V
I : Age – 5 ½ to 6 ½ years V : Age – 9 ½ to 10 ½ years
II : Age – 6 ½ to 7 ½ years

(Photocopy of the documents to be submitted along with the admission form)

 Document no 1: Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation bearing the logo of the State
Government and Birth Certificate number.

 Document no 2: Only following Proof of Residence (in the name of the child’s Father or
Mother) accepted as Address proof of the Child (No other address proof will be accepted) -
Unique Identification Card (Aadhar Card) / Voter ID Card / Post-paid Mobile Bill / Electricity
Bill /Passport / Gas connection / Ration Card ( having mother and father name along with
name of child).
 Document no 3: If the sibling(s) are studying in the same school, photocopy of the ID card
issued by the school office for the Academic Session 2021/22. Only real brother/ sister
studying in the school will be considered as sibling.
 Document no 4: In case of any applicants with Special Needs,a copy of certificate of
Disability from a Medical Officer of Govt. Hospital should be submitted along with the
registration form.

 Document no 5: Appropriate documentation in case of Single Parent (presently running


divorce case in the court will not be considered, either widow/widower or divorced would
be considered). Appropriate documentation in case of change in the name of mother/
father after marriage, divorce, adoption etc.
 Document no 6: ID proof of both Father and Mother or Guardian, as applicable.
 Document no 7: Transfer Certificate for admission in class I and above.
 Document no 8: Report Card of the previous school and class needs to be submitted for
admission in class 1 or above.
 Document no 9: Two passport size photographs of the child and one photograph of each
parents (father and mother or guardian).

1. It is expected that as a responsible parent/guardian, you ensure that your child’s fee
is paid regularly and on time.
2. The school fees can be paid through ERP link given below(online) or offline
you can transfer the fee amount to following designated bank

3. The school fee will be collected in advance quarterly as per the below schedule.
a. Quarter 1: April to June – Fee to be deposited on or before April 15th
b. Quarter 2: July to September – Fee to be deposited on or before July 15th
c. Quarter 3: October to December – Fee to be deposited on or before October 15th
d. Quarter 4: January to March – Fee to be deposited on or before January 15th
4. If the due date, i.e. 15th of the said month as mentioned above is a holiday,
parents/guardians are expected to deposit the fees one day before the due date.
5. A late fine of INR 100 per month will be imposed if the fee is not paid on or before the due
date.
6. Under no circumstances will the late fee be waived off, if the parents/guardians default in
the timely payment of his/her child’s school fee.
7. We expect the parents to clear all the dues before the commencement of examinations.
8. If the school fee is not cleared for one (1) quarter by 15th of the 1st month of the next
quarter, the admission will be considered to be withdrawn by the parent / guardian.
However, the student can take re-admission only on the payment of previous dues and fresh
admission fees subject to Principal/school management’s approval.
9. Admission fee, tuition fee and any other fee if once paid is not refundable
under any circumstances.
10. Parents/Guardians are expected to keep the fee receipts till the end of the academic year.
11. The school and the transport fee are subject to revision at the discretion of the School
Management.
