CIRCULAR TO PARENTS ON TERM II FEE REMITTANCE - 2023-24

Dear Parents,

Greetings from Velammal!

We are happy to share, that the schools in the group have settled well and as the
saying goes, “well begun is half done” we foresee a good and promising academic
year for Velammal family. The academic plans for the schools are all in place with
the most stringent monitoring mechanism for the year 2023-24. The central team
responsible for academic quality, planning, pursuit, and audit has been enlarged to
meet with the demands for stretch of students’ performance in academics and
otherwise.

We are also in receipt of many requests from parents pertaining to their children’s
learning ambience which have all been attended to. One such need is the timeline
for remitting the various fees for their children.

It has been decided that Velammal, instead of sharing the list of dates for fee
remittance for the entire year, we will share gentle remainder whenever it is
required.

To start with the term II fees for the academic year 2023-24 can be remitted in the
school office any day from today alternately you may visit the school website to
remit the fees online.

We also take this opportunity to remind parents who have missed the last date for
remitting the term I fees due to their busy schedules to do so at the earliest.
