Circular to Parents Regarding Final Exam

Respected Parents,
As per the Government Guidelines, School will start offline classes for all the classes (NC to
XII) from 16/02/2022, Wednesday. Once again the School Management is happy to welcome
all the students to school for Physical Classes. We also assume that students are happy to
come to school for learning.

Parents are requested to kindly follow these Important Instructions

1. School Timing from 16/02/2022 will be as follows.
Preparatory: 9.00 A.M.: 1.00 P.M.
I to V: 8.30 A.M. – 2.00 P.M.
VI to XII: 8.30 A.M. – 2.15 P.M.
2. There will be a PTM for all the students on 19/02/2022, Saturday in their respective
classes (9.00 A.M – 12.00 Noon). Unit Test marks will be given. Admit Card for the
students for the Final Exam & Pre-Board Exam will be distributed during this PTM.
3. Students are requested to come to School in full school uniform even on the day of PTM
also they will follow the School Dress Code.
4. As per the CBSE guidelines, Annual Home Exams are mandatory for the students. All
the schools have to conduct these exams and keep the records.
5. Promotion to the next class will be based on the results of both half yearly and final
exams.
6. Annual Exams & Pre-board Exams (Classes X & XII) will begin from 28 February,
2022. Date-sheet will be circulated very soon.
7. The Mode of Examinations for all Classes will be Offline Only.
8. Admit Card is MANDATORY for students to appear for Examination.
9. In order to avoid any inconvenience for appearing the exam, parents are requested to
CLEAR THE SCHOOL DUES (All 4 quarters) latest by 18 February, 2022. Admit
Card will be issued by the Class teacher to those who have cleared the fees.
10. Those who pay school fee through ONLINE MODE are requested to send the
screenshot of the receipt (with reference ID) to the school email
stthomas,nwb@gmail.com or on school whatapp: 7055604207 please mention the
Student details like, Name, Class, and Section & Student ID.
11. In case any parent has any genuine difficulty in depositing the due fees right now, they
may submit an application to the Principal and get it approved for grace period
(positively a date prior to 28/02/2022).
12. Kindly bring a passport size photograph of the student to paste on the Admit Card.
13. Transport facilities will be made available from 16/2/2022.
