ADMISSION NOTICE
CLASS XI (2023-24)
Dear Parents and Students,
Greetings!!

Hope the students have put in their 100% and done well in their Board exams.

Nirma Vidyavihar invites students for Provisional admission to class XI for the new academic session 2023-
24. Enroll yourself for the best educational practices provided by the institute that shall equip you with
knowledge, skills and values for a bright future. Admission will be granted on the basis of performance in
Pre-Board Examinations (80% & above for Science [“A” Group Only], 75% & above for Commerce).

With the ethos of “Schooling, as it should be..”, Nirma Vidyavihar-Bodakdev campus will have the second
batch in Science and commerce stream, with minimum Class strength is required to 30 student & above.
Apart from academic pursuits, the approach remains focused on holistic growth, discipline, and values in
life. And indeed, without the cooperation of parents, such approaches cannot be successful.
Kindly note the following details to adhere to once the student is admitted in Class XI:
1. School timings for Sr. Secondary Classes are from 8:00 a.m. to 12:40 p.m. (All Saturdays will be off.)
2. Forms will be available at the school campus from 22nd March to 27th March 2023 between 09:00
a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
3. The merit list of provisional admissions will be released on 31st March, 2023.
4. After the declaration of Merit parents have to submit the First installment fees cheque between by 01st
to 4th April, 2023 to confirm the provisional admission in Class XI,.
5. The Fees is Rs. 93,135/- per annum, following the Order of the State Fee Regulatory Committee, and
to be deposited in 4 installments. The Fees norms are governed by the State Fee Regulation Act, and
School as well as parents are bound to adhere the same. The admission Fees and two Term Fees will
also be collected as prescribed in the Act.
6. The Admission is on provisional basis, and will be confirmed only once the necessary documents are
submitted after declaration of final result by CBSE. Student must secure 70% & above marks in Final
Result declared by CBSE.
7. Admission is a fair, transparent process; school does not prefer references, sibling criteria, etc.
8. School does not offer any transportation.
9. Grant of admission will be at the discretion of the School Management.

Please note that it is mandatory to attend all classes and appear for all exams arranged by the School.
