ADDITIONAL FEE DETAILS

1. In case of any changes to the details agreed upon at the time of admission, Rs. 3000/- + taxes shall be charged in the following cases:

● Certificate transfer [If you wish to change University certification to Hamstech or vice versa]

● Course transfer fee [If you wish to change from Fashion Design to Interior Design or vice versa or other courses within 15 days of joining]

● Batch transfer fee [If you wish to shift to other batch]

● Centre transfer fee [If you wish to shift from one centre to other]

● Rejoining fee [If you wish to rejoin the course after a break]

● Session Transfer fee [If you wish to take a transfer and continue the course in next academic year]

2. Duplicate student ID card – Rs 50/-

3. If in case Student is changing Certification from University or Board Certification to Hamstech/NSDC Certification, need to pay GST on paid & balance fee

both.

Exam fee, University fee & Activity Fee details:

● The University enrollment fee/Board fee & Exam fee is additional which will be notified to the students through separate notification received by the
awarding body.

● Activity Fee – It includes course wise Annual Academic Event, 1 site visit & non-academic event i.e. – Sports Mania & Fresher’s party.

Note – It is mandatory to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to participate in Annual Academic Events.

RULES & REGULATIONS

1. During the time of admission, the student should duly fill up the admission form and submit it at the Centre with required signatures and documents. If a

student fails to submit all required documents before the deadline, his/her admission will stand cancelled with the University/Board. Hamstech will not have any

role in admission confirmation norms of University/Board’s certification courses.

2. An ID card is issued to the student within a week from the date of joining, which if lost, must be reported immediately to the Management. Entry to campus

shall be subject to presenting your ID card.

3. Classes are held 6 days a week, with duration of 2-4 hours depending upon your course. Timings of the classes shall vary at times to ensure proper and

uninterrupted training.

4. No study material will be issued to the student against the pending fee/instalment.

5. The fee and other charges once paid will under no circumstances be refundable or adjustable against another student.

6. The fee paid is valid for only one academic year.

7. The Management reserves the right to take disciplinary action against students for misconduct and misbehavior within the vicinity and surrounding premises of

the institute

8. Students taking admission for the SNDT course will have their center at Hyderabad provided there are a minimum of 30 students in the batch.

9. If the examining body discontinues the course offered, derecognizes the institute without prior notification or any other reason which is beyond the institution’s

control, then the students admitted to those courses will be given the certificate from HAMSTECH College of Creative Design. No fees shall be refunded even in

the above mentioned cases.

10. Security deposit shall be refunded only after successful completion of the course. The students will have to retain the receipt, and submit the same to

the institute at the time of reimbursement.

11. A minimum of 75% attendance is compulsory to appear for Final Examinations

12. University collaboration, exam fees shall be collected and Hall tickets shall be issued to students only on clearance of all dues against the institute.

13. In addition to the fees paid to the institute, the student has to pay the University registration fees/Board fee and exam fees as and when required to

the examining Authority along with other original certificates.

14. Usage of mobile Phones is strictly prohibited in the classroom.

15. Students shall have to submit assignments on or before the due date failing which they will lose the marks for internal assessment.

16. Minimum transportation charges shall be collected for organizing site visits (as and when required)

17. Students who are frequently irregular to the class shall not be provided with any backup sessions.

18. Internal marks shall be amalgamation of scores of class attendance %, activity attendance, class work and submissions. Good performance in the

internal exams & timely submission of assignments is very important to score good marks in the externals.

19. Management is not responsible for any loss or damage of the students’ belongings.

20. Parking/Valet parking is at the owner's risk and management is not responsible for any damages.

21. Students are advised to collect the fee receipt immediately after fee payment if mode of payment is cash or card.If mode of payment is online please transfer

the fee in Hamstech Accounts only and get invoice copy.

22. Due to any reason if college is not permitted to open or due to any pandemic situation classes will be conducted in online mode.

23. All disputes are subject to Hyderabad, Telangana Jurisdiction only.

All the Notifications & required information shall be given through student portal, the access (login id and password) for which shall be provided via sms to the

student within a week of the batch start. Student Handbook containing all rules and regulations shall be available for student’s reference on student portal.
