Circular Regarding Pre-Board Exams for Cl-X & XII
Dear Students/Parents/Guardians,

This is to inform you that the PRE BOARD EXAM – I, for Classes X and XII is scheduled to begin from 12th
December 2020 till 23rd December 2020. The exams will be conducted ONLINE. The Schedule regarding the
same has been uploaded on the school’s website.

Following are some important points regarding the PRE BOARD EXAM I:
1. It is mandatory for all students to appear for the PRE BOARD EXAM conducted by the school failing
which the admit card for BOARD EXAM will not be released to the student.

2. The Exam will be conducted online on MS TEAMS; however, the question paper will be exactly based
on the suggested CBSE BOARD EXAM PATTERN for the academic year ending 2021. BLUE PRINT of the
same will be shared by the subject teachers.

3. Total Duration of the exam will be of 3 hours 30 minutes. in which the students will be given 3 hours to
attempt the exam and an additional 30 minutes will be provided for uploading the pictures in the form
of a pdf file. Timings must be strictly adhered to as no extra time will be provided by the invigilator
under any circumstances.

4. Those students who have faced difficulties in the past examination in uploading answers are advised to
make necessary arrangements in advance for the smooth conduct of PRE BOARD. NO RETEST will be
conducted for PRE BOARD EXAMS.

5. Answers to all questions should be handwritten on paper. (No other form of submission will be
treated as valid). The students will be required to click pictures of the answers written by them and
submit it in the form of a pdf file. The students are expected to learn to save their pictures in the form
of a pdf file. The students must also ensure that pictures uploaded by them are clear and visible for
examiners to evaluate.

6. Exam Timings will be from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon. The Students are required to login the Team
Meeting at 8: 30 AM.
{Please Note - It is mandatory to login to the meeting at the given time as important instructions
regarding the exam will be announced by the invigilators, prior to the commencement of exam. Also
note that the attendance will be taken during this time.}

7. All Examinations will be conducted on the respective Subject Teams and all the Instructions given by
the Invigilators should be strictly followed.

8. In case of any technical difficulty faced in attempting the question paper, the students are advised to
contact the invigilator immediately and follow the instructions given. No informal communication
through WhatsApp etc. will be entertained.

9. Cooperation from Parents- Online assessment requires co-operation and responsible behaviour from
the students as well as the parents. I earnestly request all the parents to ensure that their wards are
not indulging in unfair means to write and complete the examination.

10. Further details if any will be communicated by the Class teachers.
