Examinations for whole year:

Examination Tentative Schedule


Paper – I 13/08/2022 (2nd Saturday)
Paper – II 27/08/2022 (4th Saturday

Time table is followed according to the Almanac.

Subject-wise time table is also as mentioned in Almanac.

Focus: PT -1 Examination

Pre Examination Modalities:


1. Examination Syllabus should be updated by teacher before 1 month of tentative schedule of Examination.
2. Google form will be deployed for updating syllabus for PT examination which should be duly filled and verified
by subject teachers and HOD of respective subjects. For PT – 1 Google form deployment schedule:
3. Teachers should ensure duly completion of mentioned syllabus before 10 days of Examination schedule.
4. Revision Plan should be formed well in advance and Teachers must submit it to HOD and examination
committee before revision sessions in each class.
5. Checked notebooks should be returned to students before Revision plan starts.
6. Submission of syllabus, blue prints for examination and answer key must not exceed the last date mentioned.
7. Question Paper must be in prescribed formatting and should be uploaded in Google form as and when dates
declared by Examination committee.
8. Preparation of Question paper must include the mapping of learning objective for each question mentioned in
the paper.
9. HOD must verify the question Papers in prescribed time update the examination committee regarding the
submission of the Question Papers.
10. Seating arrangement preparation for PT examination and Annual examination is to be followed as informed.

Examination Modalities:
1. Class Teachers will be conducting examination in their class as serve as invigilators.
2. Before going to class, Teachers are requested to collect the prepared Examination Kits provided by examination
In-charge from examination shell.
3. Teachers must ensure the kits as all the materials as given below:
4. Examination Kit materials includes:
i. Question Paper of particular class as well as subject
ii. Main Answer Sheets
iii. Extra Supplementary
iv. Stapler & Pins/ threads
v. Maps, Graphs or Log tables as required.
5. Invigilators must ensure 15 minutes of reading time for students before starting the exam.
6. Timing for examination:
i. 8:30AM Exam initiates (Bell)
ii. 8:45AM Instructions for start writing the papers must be given. (Bell)
iii. 10:20AM Inform students last 10 minutes left. (Bell)
iv. 10:30AM Papers must be collected. (Bell)
7. All Teachers must follow the above schedule in collaboration with the school bell.
8. Records for the date-wise attendance of students including their signatures as well as the supplementary
records will be maintained by the examination In-charge.
9. Teachers must ensure and note attendance of students within first 10 minutes of examination.
10. Attendance sheet will be dispersed in each class after first 10 minutes of the examination; teachers will take the
signature of students in the sheet ensuring their presence.
11. Relieving duty and collection of attendance must be followed by members not serving duty as Class Teacher.
12. Relieving of Teachers will be started only after first 40 minutes of examination is completed.
13. Maximum of 10 minutes relieving will be allotted to teachers during examination. Class teachers must return for
duty within specified time duration.
14. In case of emergency relieving separate relievers may be arranged.
15. Records for number of supplementary as well as extra supplementary utilized during entire examination must
be followed by the examination In-charge.
16. Supplementary signature by teacher must be done only after reaching the desk of student and verify the details
filled in supplementary by students. If failed to follow it, 1 st chance will be allowed and in second chance strict
actions will be followed.
17. Teachers must ensure that students don’t receive supplementary without signature of Invigilators.
18. Extra main supplementary (unutilized) will be collected from each class after 20 minutes from initiation of
examination.
19. At the end of examination class teachers need to be present in their class and collect the answer sheets from
students, verify the number of students present and the obtained answer sheets.

Post Examination Modalities:


1. After verification the teachers not serving as class teacher will be allotted duties to collect the submitted answer
sheets and arrange appropriately at specified place.
2. Answer sheet for correction will be submitted to subject teachers, only after the dispersal of students, i.e. 1:40
PM on the day of examination.
3. Examination In-charge will prepare submission slip that will be given to teachers when they collect the papers
from examination shell for correction.
4. Subject Teacher while accepting the papers for correction, they must verify the number of students attempted
for exam and papers received. A duly filled submission slip must be given to the subject teacher by exam in-
charge.
5. Collection Enclosures:
a. Answer sheets of students
b. Question paper of subject
c. Answer key for the paper
d. Mark list (Marks to be mentioned with blue ball point pen only)
e. Submission - slip with record of number of answer sheet and date of submission of checked papers.
6. Checked Answer-sheet for PT – 1 Examinations and the Mark list properly filled with blue ball point pen are to
be submitted by Date 27/07/2022 (Wednesday). All subject teachers will submit papers and mark list on same
day.
7. Following which Paper showing to students will be done by subject teachers in class. If any correction is
observed, it is to be made by red pen by informing the examination In-charge.
8. Duty list for all involved teacher must be prepared well in advance by Examination Committee and must be
signed by all the related teachers.
9. Examination In-charge will submit the details of used supplementary (Main + Additional) utilized during each
examination as well as during entire examination.
