Focus: PT -1 Examinaton
Pre Examinaton Modalites:
1.Examinaon Syllabus should be updated by teacher before 1 month
of tentave schedule of Examinaon.2.Google form will be deployed
for updang syllabus for PT examinaon which should be duly lled
and veriedby subject teachers and HOD of respecve subjects. For PT – 1
Google form deployment schedule:3.Teachers should ensure duly
compleon of menoned syllabus before 10 days of Examinaon
schedule.4.Revision Plan should be formed well in advance and
Teachers must submit it to HOD and examinaon commiee before
revision sessions in each class.5.Checked notebooks should be returned
to students before Revision plan starts.6.Submission of syllabus,
blue prints for examinaon and answer key must not exceed the last
date menoned.7.Queson Paper must be in prescribed forma ng
and should be uploaded in Google form as and when dates declared by
Examinaon commiee.8.Preparaon of Queson paper must include
the mapping of learning objecve for each queson menoned in the
paper.9.HOD must verify the queson Papers in prescribed me
update the examinaon commiee regarding thesubmission of the
Queson Papers.10.Seang arrangement preparaon for PT examinaon and
Annual examinaon is to be followed as informed.
Examinaton Modalites:
1.Class Teachers will be conducng examinaon in their class as
serve as invigilators.2.Before going to class, Teachers are requested
to collect the prepared Examinaon Kits provided by examinaon In-
charge from examinaon shell.3.Teachers must ensure the kits as all the
materials as given below:

5.Invigilators must ensure 15 minutes of reading me for students


before starng the exam.
6.Timing for examinaton:

follow the above schedule in collaboraon with the school
bell.8.Records for the date-wise aendance of students including
their signatures as well as the supplementary records will be maintained
by the examinaon In-charge.9.Teachers must ensure and note
aendance of students within rst 10 minutes of
examinaon.10.Aendance sheet will be dispersed in each class aer rst
10 minutes of the examinaon; teachers will take thesignature of students in
the sheet ensuring their presence.11.Relieving duty and collecon of
aendance must be followed by members not serving duty as Class
Teacher.12.Relieving of Teachers will be started only aer rst 40 minutes of
examinaon is completed.13.Maximum of 10 minutes relieving will be alloed
to teachers during examinaon. Class teachers must return forduty within
specied me duraon.14.In case of emergency relieving separate
relievers may be arranged.15.Records for number of supplementary as well as
extra supplementary ulized during enre examinaon mustbe followed by
the examinaon In-charge.16.Supplementary signature by teacher must be
done only aer reaching the desk of student and verify the detailslled in
supplementary by students. If failed to follow it, 1

chance will be allowed and in second chance strictacons will be
followed.17.Teachers must ensure that students don’t receive supplementary
without signature of Invigilators.18.Extra main supplementary (unulized) will
be collected from each class aer 20 minutes from iniaon
ofexaminaon.19.At the end of examinaon class teachers need to be present
in their class and collect the answer sheets fromstudents, verify the number
of students present and the obtained answer sheets.
Pos Examinaton Modalites:
1.Aer vericaon the teachers not serving as class teacher will be
alloed dues to collect the submied answersheets and arrange
appropriately at specied place.2.Answer sheet for correcon will be
submied to subject teachers, only aer the dispersal of students,
i.e. 1:40PM on the day of examinaon.3.Examinaon In-charge will
prepare submission slip that will be given to teachers when they
collect the papersfrom examinaon shell for correcon.4.Subject Teacher
while accepng the papers for correcon, they must verify the
number of students aemptedfor exam and papers received. A duly lled
submission slip must be given to the subject teacher by exam in-

for PT – 1 Examinaons and the Mark list properly lled with blue ball
point pen are tobe submied by Date 27/07/2022 (Wednesday). All subject
teachers will submit papers and mark list on sameday.7.Following which
Paper showing to students will be done by subject teachers in class.
If any correcon isobserved, it is to be made by red pen by informing the
examinaon In-charge.

8.Duty list for all involved teacher must be prepared well in advance
by Examinaon Commiee and must besigned by all the related
teachers.9.Examinaon In-charge will submit the details of used
supplementary (Main + Addional) ulized during each examinaon as
well as during enre examinaon.
