Instructions Regarding Annual Exam
Dear Parents and Students,
Kindly make note of the following points pertaining to Annual Exam commencing from February 12, 2022
- Saturday
 Annual Exam shall be conducted through Microsoft Team.
 QUESTION PAPER will be visible to the students under Annual Exam Folder in the CLASS MATERIALS Folder
IN FILE TAB OPTION IN the MICROSOFT TEAM according to the scheduled time..
Answers to the Assessment for all the subjects have to be written in the Notepad Sheet. After writing
the answers, the pic of the answer sheet has to be uploaded in a PDF form by Clicking on ‘ADD WORK’ in
ASSIGNMENT tab and upload the file & click on attach.After uploading the file click on turn in option.
Uploading of the pic and submission has to be done within the time span given. Make sure that each
page of the answer sheet has the mention of Student Name, Class, Section, ID number, Subject. Page
number should be mentioned on the top of each page.

The image/s of the answer sheets have to be converted into a single pdf file and renamed as Student
ID-Name-Class Section, Subject eg: "NHPSPSTD7028-RAJ KIRAN-XA-English".
 To convert the image of answer sheets into PDF , copy and paste image on word document , resize
it and save as PDF file with naming it as " Student ID, Name, Class Section, Subject"
 Any scanning app can be used for scanning and converting answer papers to pdf.
 Student ID and subject has to be carefully entered.
 The name shall be entered in full along with the surname.
 During the assessment teachers will schedule the class according to the exam timing in the
calendar. Students should join the class and appear for the exam.
 Paper should be uploaded in the presence of the teachers only in Assignments. Students will
leave the virtual class only after the teacher has verified the submission of paper.
 Late submission of the paper will not be accepted.
 After uploading the answer papers delete it from your personal device/PC on the same day
itself so that there is no confusion while uploading the papers of the next exam
 Kindly ensure the device is charged at your end for your ward to take the test.
 We also require your support in ensuring that your wards do not copy.
 Please see to it that your ward is putting his/her details correctly.
 No online classes will be conducted during the time of the assessment.
 Students should keep their camera ON throughout the exam otherwise your paper will be
considered as invalid.
Assessment Timing:
Grade XI - 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM ( Duration: 3 hours)
Marks: 80 (English,Maths,Economics,Business Studies,Accountancy)
70 (Physics,Chemistry, Biology, PE/CS/WEB/IP
