1.00 PM - 1.45 PM : Students fill in the Students’ Integrity Declaration Form using the link provided
1.50 PM - 2.00 PM : Questions will be released in PDF format
2.00 PM - 5.00 PM : Students answering questions
5.00 PM – 5.30 PM: Students prepare the document, scan and upload in UDAS

Guideline:

Steps:

1. 1:00 PM, your lecturer will share the link of Student’s Integrity Declaration Form via Group
WhatsApp and UDAS. It is compulsory for students to fill in the form and submit before 1:45PM.
2. 1:50 PM, the question will be released. Students may download and check the questions. Students are
not allowed to start until you are told to do so.
3. 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM, start answering the questions.
4. 5:00PM, stop answering the questions and submission process begins.
5. 5:00PM - 5:30PM, submission process duration is 30 minutes. Any submission after 5:30PM
will be PENALISED.
6. PM your lecturer immediately if by 5:20 PM your submission is still pending due to low internet
connection or other circumstances. Private message (PM) your lecturer a screenshot of the pending
process.
7. Once you’ve submitted, you’re all done.

Answer sheet:

- Clearly write your QUESTION NUMBER and arrange your answer scripts according to the question
number.
- Must include student ID card at top right in each page containing answers.
- Write the page number at the bottom of each page. Ex. page 1 of 8.

*Lecturer does have the authority to deduct student’s marks for:

- late submission without SUPER VALID REASON.


- identical answers by copying from your friends or referring to other sources.
