Dear 4th / 6th Semester Students,

Season’s Greetings!
As you are aware, the academic sessions for Even Semester commenced as per declared
Academic Calendar. The following subject/s will be offered in Online Mode through Registration
on SWAYAM Portal.
Semester Course Credit Courses to be Registered
4 CFLS3010: Foreign Language-I 01 German I
6 SEPD3030: Foreign Language 02 German I
After registration, the details must be submitted to class coordinators on/before January
10, 2022.

Start Date January 23, 2023
End Date April 14, 2023
Exam Date April 30, 2023*
* It is not compulsory to register for Exam & pay fees.
 It is advisable to appear for Exams @ SWAYAM and complete certification as it will be
beneficial in Higher Studies / Aboard Studies.
 A student opting for Exams @ SWAYAM will be exempted from University Level Evaluation
& credit transfer will be done based on submitted certificate of SWAYAM.
University Level Evaluation Guidelines
CE Evaluation (40 Marks) Will be considered based on SWAYAM Score generated
based on submission of Assignment/s.
ECE Evaluation (60 Marks) An MCQ based Test will be conducted in Online/Offline
Mode in May 2023.
