GUIDELINES FOR TERM ASSESSMENT (2020-21)


• Term Assessment will be conducted from Nov. 27 to Dec. 8, 2020 using
Online Classes platform on MCB app.
• It is mandatory for all the students to appear in TERM ASSESSMENT.
• No supplementary evaluation will be taken on any ground.
• Question papers are to be collected from school on Nov. 26, 2020.
• The exam in all the subjects will be of 50 marks, except G.K.& Reasoning,
Computer and Moral science which will be of 30 marks.
• Please refer to the scheme and syllabus carefully.
• The duration of exam will be 2-3 meetings and has to be completed within
the stipulated time.
• The links for the exams will be sent a day before every exam.
• Timing of the exam – 10:00 am.
• 2-3 meeting links will be provided to you. After every 40 minutes, click on
the second and the third link.
• Every student must login 5 minutes before the exam.
• In case, any student joins late, he/she will lose on the time.
• The student has to keep his/her camera and microphone ON throughout
the exam.
• Install Time StampCamera and PDFO apps in advance.
• Click pictures of the blank answer sheet and question paper using
TimeStampCamera app and e-mail it to your class teacher.
• Fill in all the details required on every answer sheet and question paper.
• Question papers are supposed to be opened only after the invigilator
instructs to do so.
• Read the questions properly.
• Students are supposed to use only the answer sheets provided by the
school to write the exam. No other sheets/copies will be accepted.
• Any student who is found using unfair means will be disqualified.
• After completing the exam, the completed answer sheets(in sequence)
have to be clicked using TimestampCamera app, converted into PDF format
using the PDFO app and send the PDF file on the e-mail ID provided.
• While sending the PDF, every student has to mention-Name, Class, Section
and Subject as the file name of the PDF.
• A student can leave the examination only after he/she sends the scanned
answer sheet to the respective class teacher’s e-mail ID and with the
confirmation on being received by the teacher.
• Students are supposed to write page numbers on every page of the answer
booklet and staple/paste them together.
• After sending the PDF, students are supposed to fold and put the answer
sheets along with the question paper in the envelope and seal it in the
presence of the invigilator.
• All the sealed envelopes of the answer sheets are to be submitted back on
December 9,2020.
• Parents are requested to kindly cooperate and not to help their child during
the exam.
